Everything was excellent! Room, view, hospitality, friendly and service oriented staff - all of it, spot on! We had to leave extremely early in the morning to catch a ferry and the staff made our entire family breakfast to go and had it waiting for us at the front desk. They also told my kids (teen boys) about the bicycles and they loved riding around down by the marina. We had never stayed before and wasn't sure what to expect, but it was a sweet surprise! No doubt we'll be back! Only a short one hour trip to the ferry for anyone heading to Ocracoke from Cedar Island. So convenient!

The location was great. We were celebrating a weekend honeymoon. And the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast Was not what we expected . It was a breakfast in a bag, not so good. It was cold and we had to request it to be heated. The carpet in the living room had a couple of big stains around the dining area. There was mold around the shower edges and needed recaulted and water drained on the floor and the air conditioner was disturbingly loud. Considering these problems the stay was enjoyable and we'd stay again. We voiced our concerns about the bathroom and was told the rooms were being renovated.

The location was fantastic! Gorgeous view from the balcony and the staff was so kind and helpful any time we needed something. Main bed was very comfortable and the separate living area was nice and spacious. We'll absolutely be back!

I wish the listing would update that breakfast isn't your standard buffet-type continental, but an order form where you pick one type of meal and a beverage. The sofa bed was also very uncomfortable and the kids didn't sleep well. It's worth it to upgrade to double beds, if available.

Nice room with a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was very handy and the sitting area was relaxing. Everything was very spacious and within close walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops.

The recent renovations were obvious, some things hadn't even been cleaned up yet or were even operable. The AC unit was very loud and the chairs/couch needed extra cushioning. TV in sitting area couldn't get picture, just audio.

6th floor view was fabulous. Got to see the boats along the waterfront. The location is 2 1/2 blocks away from our fishing trip on the Carolina Princess. We walked to the boat in the morning and back to the hotel in the afternoon. Good walkability to restaurants too. This hotel used to be the Harborview nursing home where my grandmother spent her last days. I know she was with me.

We booked King rooms and they had balconies overlooking the inlet (I think all Kings have that)… nice views! … tThese rooms have full kitchens and living rooms too. Great location., 10 minute drive to both Beaufort (very foodie place) and Atlantic Beach. We’d definately stay here again.

We were there 3 nights so didn’t receive any housekeeping. (Apparently rooms aren’t cleaned until the 4th day). …. Breakfasts are boxed sandwiches that can be microwaved and small juice, delivered to room. (I don’t think That was enough for an average adult)

I love the amenities of this hotel. The level of comfort and spaciousness was spectacular, the view could of overlooked the waterfront but it was my first visit and I didn't want to make changes after settling in for a good night sleep before friends arrived. I was especially pleased with the staff accommodating with towels as in room service is not done while customers have items in the room. Assisting with early breakfast or last minute changes excellent Emily, Crystal and Drew have great senses of humor, AWESOME Job Well Done!!!

An uncomfortable unclean pullout... I did take the time to address the issue and the staff did promise to rectify the issue but at midnight and a looming 0530hr fishing trip and rough seas on the horizon...

I love how big the rooms were. it was so spacious. great size kitchen, and the location was fabulous

we had 2 people, but we were only given one order form for breakfast. so only one breakfast sandwich was delivered, even though I marked more items on the form. So we still had to go out for breakfast and spend more money. The hotel was definitely more expensive than I like to pay

I was very impressed with the property! The lady behind the desk (I think her name was Tiffany ) she was absolutely amazing and made us feel very welcome from the beginning! It’s very close to the beach , restaurants, shopping centers and downtown . I really enjoyed my stay . The balcony view was decent. I love how the room was setup. The hotel is very beautiful and somewhat luxury on the inside as well.

The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast.

Loved the deck balcony with the view of Sugarloaf Island. Liked having a full kitchen, workout facility, luggage rack, and breakfast delivered to our room. The bed was really comfortable. and it was great having soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers in the shower.

Could have had better water pressure. The unit (703) wasn't cleaned as well as it could have been: part of a wrapper was in one of the chairs and there were pistachio shells and potato chips on the balcony. Could use more light in the bedroom and above the dining table. Only one wine glass in the unit.
