There was a bar and my cocktails were excellent and served by friendly staff; even got the recipe for the Black Cherry Old Fashioned. My room was very clean and well appointed. The common areas were very nice as well. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast prices were a bit high. I'm used to staying in places that provide breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly, fantastic, professional, and warm. The room had everything I needed. When I made my reservation , I mentioned that I was disabled and needed a room close to an elevator. They did better than that. They put me on the first floor in a handicap room, and I appreciated that so much it made me cry. The thoughtfulness of it. When I go to Raleigh, that will be the hotel I will always stay at, and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

the property was very clean and stylish, the outside areas were a bit of a disappointment but I believe they are doing works to it, no shelter for smokers when it rains.

a couple of the evenings there were some people playing very loud music out the front of the hotel which although on the top floor my room was directly above which made it hard to relax.

We did not eat breakfast there at the hotel, we ate elsewhere. The stay was very nice and staff as well.

On the second day of our stay the trash cans were not emptied and the bed linens were not replaced on the 2nd day of my stay. We were told after checkout that the bed linens and room would be cleaned on the 3rd day of our stay.

Micheala at the front desk and Dawn (housekeeping) are exceptional employees and should be rewarded for their customer service. We only stayed for one night but they were extremely polite and helpful. They answered all of our questions and because of them we would stay there again. Great Job!

Not all of the Marriot team members working during our stay were as pleasant as Michaela and Dawn. Maybe Marriot should offer routine customer service Seminars to increase level of customer satisfaction. Just saying Good Morning is a general act of courtesy-,they should start with that.

The location was excellent. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Loved the big walkin shower!

The mattress sank down in the middle of the bed, which was a little uncomfortable. It should be replaced with a firmer one to help with back support.

Location was great for me. Very close to my relatives home.

1.Shower curtains way too short. Water goes all over floor. 2. No stopper for bath

The location was perfect. It was central to everything and very close to the highway.

The electronic devices in the room were non-functioning the entire stay.

I loved the circle couch and the ability to use the patio off my room.

no trash cans by the door. I had to carry my trash up to my room. kinda weird. also complimentary coffee in the lobby would be so awesome

location , nice space to gather inside and out but with no cafe or coffee service available, no reason to hang out there.

limited luggage carts, non available checking in or checking out. limited time that bar/cafe was open, no free coffee or bottled water, no free breakfast
