There was a bar and my cocktails were excellent and served by friendly staff; even got the recipe for the Black Cherry Old Fashioned. My room was very clean and well appointed. The common areas were very nice as well. All of the staff were very friendly and accomodating.

Breakfast prices were a bit high. I'm used to staying in places that provide breakfast.

It smelled good. The rooms were modern. The bistro breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful and had a quick response time. I had an issue with the Netflix on the TV, the staff reported to my room within 5 mins, and that is the same response time when I asked for additional towels and washcloths.

The Netflix did not work on my TV and it was not fixed during my stay. There was a jacket left from another's stay, and I did not like the fact that my room was not cleaned during my stay. I also wanted to sit by the fire place but it was not operational at the time of my stay. The fireplace was the main reason for my stay at that location.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was friendly, fantastic, professional, and warm. The room had everything I needed. When I made my reservation , I mentioned that I was disabled and needed a room close to an elevator. They did better than that. They put me on the first floor in a handicap room, and I appreciated that so much it made me cry. The thoughtfulness of it. When I go to Raleigh, that will be the hotel I will always stay at, and I will recommend you to everyone I know. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The total stay was good but was very disappointed that there was not coffee offered to hotel guests at no charge. I do not drink Starbucks coffee and was not going to pay $7 for 1 cup in the morning.

The hotel was in good spot. The mall and 2 restaurants walking distance. The hotel was clean did not have a foul smell. The workers at front desk were real friendly and polite.

The bed and pillows were not comfortable. By being on the 2nd floor u heard alot of noises. The TV kept going in and out also

No breakfast or complimentary coffee/tea, which for the cost of the rooms, you'd expect to be included. Also the facility does not have a pool or hot tub, which is not ideal. Member of the staff also walked in on me in the bathroom- just came in without knocking first or announcing that they were housekeeping staff. That was unpleasant.

It was nice. The balcony was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean. The bathtub was nice as well. The location is very nice. We walked to eat dinner. Also the staff was very courteous and friendly

There was only one glass provided with our ice bucket. And the only ice machine was on the ground floor. We had brought some food and drinks with us but the mini fridge was barely keeping anything cold.

the property was very clean and stylish, the outside areas were a bit of a disappointment but I believe they are doing works to it, no shelter for smokers when it rains.

a couple of the evenings there were some people playing very loud music out the front of the hotel which although on the top floor my room was directly above which made it hard to relax.

Reported a leak in the our ac in our room did not come and fix it had water under our rug very disappointing because usually our place to stay 2 at most for this one very lousy Restaurant only opened only servant times

Comfortable and large room with good facilities.

As a diabetic I needed breakfast at the hotel. At 08:15 I waited almost 10 minutes in the breakfast area but no staff appeared. In the end I gave up, checked out and drove to a cafe - where the breakfast was excellent.
