The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and there were plenty of wash cloths and towels. Furniture was modern and was not dated. The king size bed was comfortable. Balcony was nice and my room overlooked the pool. The elevator worked and the halls were clean. It was quiet during my 2 night stay. i felt safe. I recommend and will stay here again.

I have no complaints about the property. Only wish that they would put a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms or just a refrigerator to keep beverages or food cold that can be eaten cold.

I definitely put number of guest 1 adult 2 children but we only have enough towels for two ppl in the room. even when I asked the sanitation lady she claimed she had none and we would have to go to the front desk. she also asked us 15min before check out about extending our stay and it was kind of annoying because we were rushing to make sure we were checked out in time and my daughter couldn’t even get a clean towel before check out.

The best customer service I’ve ever had a hotel! I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and a lot of really nice hotels but this had the best customer service i have ever experienced at a hotel! Normally I wouldn’t stay at a Best Western, but our Air BnB has Wasps so we decided we weren’t going to stay there (obviously) and this was one of the few last minute options in the area we were staying. Even coming in late at night they were very helpful! And booking an extra day they were very accommodating! While the hotel still isn’t as nice as the upper scale ones I would chose this out of all of the cheaper options! - GREAT customer service - Good free breakfast - Hot water - Balconies - Located next to a coffee chain - Surprisingly comfy bed

My biggest issue was no microwave or mini fridge in the room. I unfortunately had to throw out some food that we had for the air bnb we were originally going to stay at.

the staff is rude and they profile you off of looks they talk with an attitude and make up things as they go they guy and young lady working the night I checked didn’t want to listen to what I was say yelled at me and was rude my whole stay every time they seen me they had screw faces and never really wanted to help me out

The front staff are amazing as well as the housekeepers I've met. The location was ideal for me.

The guests who smoke pot in their rooms. The smell in the hallway took over. I could smell it in my room. The fridge in my room seal was damaged so it leaked. I put a wash cloth on the bottom to soak up the water. A room of that size needed a little more light like a floor lamp.

Overall it's a very clean and Nice Hotel for a great rate.

There was only one thing I was not happy about was the Fitness Center Equipment was old and kind of old and unsafe. (Need to be upgraded) but I still had a good workout. The people next door in room 115 alarm start going off at 3am and continued until about 6-7am! They must have been very heavy sleepers because it woke me up every morning at 3am!

The hotel was clean and the location was in a hood spot for me.

The morning staff was more pleasant than the night staff. The black lady that was there Saturday night was rude.

Some dumbass on the 2nd floor of the building I was in pulled the fire alarm. That ruined an evening but the response was quick. The staff was great and the fire department finally cleared the scene.
