I love this whole experience of this hotel. The breakfast was great! Plenty of choices and food was tasteful. The dining area was really clean and the staff was constantly cleaning the food area. Checking in was easy and we had no issues with checking out. The room was super clean and bed was very comfortable. The room actually smelled fresh when we walked in and the air conditioning was spot on. The step in glass door shower was great with shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash already on the wall for you to use.

I can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

All the staff was so nice and so helpful. One guy, gave us some great food options and was just all around super great. The whole hotel was very clean and beautiful. I loved the outside area with the fireplace. I love that there was a late check out. When we come to Raleigh again or go anywhere to be honest, we will be staying at Hampton Inns.

I don’t have super high expectations of hotels. I want them clean and the staff to be nice. I found no faults in my stay here. it was amazing!

The room was large & and very clean. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. A great selection for breakfast. The fire pit on the patio was cozy Terrific location within walking distance to Wegmans (was open until 2:00 am) restaurants, & The Ritz (a concert venue - which is why we came) Driving distance to Umstead State Park - nice hiking trails

The air-conditioning unit was a bit loud but not so loud to keep us up at night.

The daily breakfast was awesome/excellent. The selection of food was great (loved the oatmeal) The morning breakfast staff were very gracious, friendly, and welcoming each day. Shout to Shareka and the gentleman working the breakfast area, they were very gracious and pleasant every morning. The entire experience was a pleasure.

because we stayed a week, no room service unless we requested clean towels. Told room is not refreshed/cleaned until check-out. Suggestion: if staying a week or more, room should be checked/refreshed at least every other day. Staff should check with guest room to ask if any refreshing/towels/ or toilet paper is needed. This is the one concern/complaint.

The check-in staff were PHENOMENAL, very friendly and helpful with directions.

The room’s headboards and nightstand were dusty. The remote control had not been cleaned or wiped down as there was greasy fingerprints and the reminiscent of Doritos on it. I had to clean these myself and felt that was uncalled for. Pillows that won’t go flat when you lay against them and mattresses that you don’t feel the springs. Not for certain but my so-called “Queen” beds appeared to be “doubles”, if not the “queens” in my room were not the same size as the QUEENS at my house. Now for the picky complaints.....the TV CHANNELS. There were not a lot of channels offered and not all offered worked. Much to my dismay HGTV, Bravo, Nickelodeon.

The kids loved the breakfast once again they said it was better then last time! The staff are always friendly even the new ones! We will definitely stay again! The gentle man at the bar went out of his way to help us at the pool and the as so polite and kind! The front desk staff were helpful when booking got a mix up with our payment.

Some hair in the bathroom like someone shaved and it wasn’t cleaned all the way I cleaned it myself so I didn’t have to have the staff come in but mistakes happen last time we stayed our room was spotless

The hotel was clean, vibrant and in a great location! I had a conference early on Saturday morning and couldnt grab breakfast, so I was very happy they had grab bags available at the front desk that had a bagel with peanut butter and jelly, an orange and a bottle of water! Will definitely recommend!

Variety in breakfast menu, I had options between hot and cold items. I like the personalization, when I first came in the room my name was on the TV. The room was beautiful, even though I expected a different setup. I loved the mirror doors. The receptionist was very helpful with nearby areas and sights. The location is in a good area we were very close to our events.

The bar was down during stay, the refrigerator was messed up so our food was messed up. My clothes were ruined during breakfast due to the syrup not being screwed and it poured all on my shoes, shorts & shirt.

We liked the location and ease of parking. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is perfect. The air conditioning worked well. They have a small hotel bar and outdoor patio with fireplace.

There was a lack of communication between reception desk staff and housekeeping which resulted in our assigned room not having being cleaned yet - we had to wait 20 minutes for housekeeping to finish, even though we checked in an hour and half after check-in began. The next morning, housekeeping knocked on our door around 9:30am when checkout wasn’t until noon. They only do housekeeping upon request and after checkout, so the communication amongst team members and housekeeping really needs to be improved.

Me and my husband decided to stay here because it is walking distance to The Ritz, which we came to town for a concert. Super great location, walking distance to many stores and food! The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was great and the fact they have it available till 10 was major key! We will be frequenting this hotel any time we are in the area again. Also, almost forgot, GREAT little bar and lounge area! The bartender was very welcoming and attentive.
