Beds and pillows and how clean and nice it was and the breakfast.

The woman at the front desk was on her personal phone talking when I was trying to check in and she almost didnt let me check in because my husband wasnt inside with me. I told her he just had surgery and he is in the car. I had his license and debit card and I am the one who booked it. So when I went to get him out the car to bring him in than she said she didnt need to see him . So we went to our room to rest. After that she was nice to us.

The breakfast was great! There was a good variety. The breakfast area was beautiful and neat! The rooms were very nice and modern. I love smelling the new smell throughout the hotel. The beds were comfortable. I loved the Fitness room, it was very nice😊 The staff was nice and friendly! Memorial Day was my birthday so I wanted a little more time before leaving. The Front Desk person said late check out of 12 would be no problem. I plan to stay again❤️

Staff was excellent- courteous and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Room clean.

No on-site restaurant - we did not have a vehicle, husband difficulty walking and we were unsuccessful finding a restaurant to deliver direct- preferred to not use a grub hub or Uber expense. The cord for the window shade was broken. Used hanger with clamps to fold up for natural light.

The beds were comfy. Decent size pool. Quiet. Good location. Sausage gravy and biscuits were delicious!

Breakfast tables were dirty and wabbly. They have one way direction through the breakfast area and the attendant will yell at you if you’re caught not following it (not me, my husband 🤪). She was also wearing sweats. That threw me off a little. As someone who works in hospitality myself, I find that unprofessional and not something I expect to see with a hotel employee. Also, the air in the room was impossible to regulate. I was up several times trying to fix it so we weren’t waking up sweating.

Indoor pool was nice, building was very new and modern looking, and the room had nice additions to it like a swiveling flat screen tv, actually good body wash… etc. overall this was a nice spot I’d come back again.

assumed they had a hot tub alongside the indoor pool but they didn’t, not a big deal though.

It was Okay... hotel look like it was newly built...The kids was disappointed the inside pool didn't open that day nor the next day... that was one reason why we choose this hotel. The breakfast was awesome! The room was very clean, the bedding was clean, the bathroom was clean but the carpet was nasty look like it had alot coffee stains...

The only things we didn't like it was a big water bug in the bathroom. At night it was noisy I guess because our room was close to the elevator...You can hear people walking/stomping threw the hallway.

The breakfast was great, so much variety and cooked to perfection. I always choose hotels with breakfast included because I don’t have to rush out half asleep to get breakfast. I can eat and then calmly get ready to go.The beds felt like clouds and it was clean and beautiful with a cute terrace! We loved it!

The only issue was trouble connecting to the wifi

There were quite a few things that were great about the property, but the stand out were the beds. Amazing beds. I'm fussy, and they were so comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly, and everything about checking in and out was stress-free. There was a small pool that we didn't use but a family seemed to really enjoy it. Although it looked as if the hotel was busy, it was also very quiet. It is close to Brier Creek, so lots of restaurants to chose from and stores when you find out you forgot to pack something (as of course I did). Almost entirely positive.

It is hard to think of any negatives. Asking my family they mentioned that there was a lot of plastic and other waste at breakfast that could have been recycled or changed for something more sustainable. I didn't see anywhere to recycle, but I might have missed it. But otherwise it was a completely comfortable stay.

The property was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the breakfast was really good, The breakfast is hot and fresh. Both days I was there; omelets, sausage, home fries, do it yourself pancakes (there is a instant pancake maker, super cool), biscuits and sausage gravy, along with the usual continental breakfast fare. The indoor pool was heated. The exercise room was a nice size with a decent amount of machinery. The building itself is quiet. Expect to get a good nights sleep here. The queen size bed was very comfortable and each bed has four pillows with two that says firm and the other two says soft.

No body lotion in bathroom. Breakfast should be open until 11am every day. I was charged $25 in addition to the room rate without warning. Receptionist unable to give us information of thinks to do in the near vicinity. Recessed light fixture was hanging in hallway by 222 in both days I stayed.
