Hyatt House Raleigh/Rdu/Brier Creek

The room was great. Noting to complain about the room. Someone was smoking weed all night and it kept creeping in my room. I don't care if you smoke it, just go outside. Supposed to be smoke free. I think there was a party above me as well because my dogs kept barking in the middle of the night and that is unusual. Other than that the hotel was perfect. Location was great. There was a dog park across the street and my dogs loved it. I was alone and felt very safe.

the hotel was fabulous! the staff was always above and beyond and so friendly! there was breakfast included on our 10 day stay, there was a gym and inside pool! the rooms were so modern and looked like new! me and my fiancé booked a regular king room… and when we got there they upgraded our room to deluxe king room for the same price! that was so nice of them! the rooms are so comfortable and always had room service almost everyday! we loved our stay there and we highly recommend it to everybody else! Now I know where we are booking a room for our next trip in NC. Definitely at Hyatt house Raleigh/brier creek!

The housekeeping staff, Yolanis, Sobeyda, Telma, Rosemary, Nanci, Naadia, Mynor and Silvia went above and beyond, even arranging stuffed our stuffed animals. Ashlyn, Lixa and the other breakfast staff make great veggie omelets and treat you like family. The night auditor George and the other staff are very friendly.

We had to think hard about a negative. One person in our group that drinks coffee was not awake enough to provide details other than "It's not a Starbucks Latte" which is not something that hot coffee in a pot could be.

I was blown away as soon as I walked through the door! I picked this hotel due to it being one of the best hotels being listed last minute and as soon as I walked through the door, I felt important. The staff was incredibly nice as soon as I went up to the desk and let me know about all the amenities around the hotel. The room was huge and clean. The bed and couch was comfortable - enough that I could lay my head on either and fall asleep fast.

The elevators were a little slow but they ran like any other. I did have a weird experience where I was on it, along with another guest. Even though we both hit our floors, their's were a floor below mine, it cancelled my floor out and I had to select it again. I've never had that happen before but I might have done something as well.

Staff is very friendly, pool table is great and indoor pool is very nice. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, modern and clean.

The free breakfast is satisfactory at best. The property needs a full service restaurant that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar is simply blah. An upgrade should be nice to go along with restaurant. There is absolutely no good reason the pool should open at 11:00am, it should open at 7:00am to allow guests the opportunity to swim before checkout or daily events.

Room was clean and comfortable. Mattress is starting to wear out on the left side. over all the bed was very comfortable. Walk in shower was nice. Having a full kitchen made meals convenient.

The indoor "heated" pool was cold. Unable to get in past my knees and couldn't stay in it but a few minutes. Breakfast was ok, could use some more options. Had to let the water run for several minutes at times to get hot water in the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink and shower.

I liked the location, it is right across the street from where my family lives. For the most part, the room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.

I didn't like that there were hairballs in the corners of the room we stayed in. I also didn't like that whenever I went to the bar during my stay the only mixed drinks that were available were a peach whiskey sour or a Moscow mule.

The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is new construction and tastefully decorated. Very large windows , lots of light. Inviting outdoor little space with a fire pit. Very clean, well maintained.

Weird placement of the towels in the bathroom, they were IN the shower enclosure. A lot of unused space in the room (mised opportunity to add an armchair or two and a coffee table; but it's a design issue that is not affecting the quality of the stay).

The modern design of the hotel was great. Everything was bright and clean and was a pleasure staying. We had the king studio room and it was ample room to hang out in and even work from. The bed and pillows are of higher end hotel equivalent which was a nice surprise.

The free Hyatt Wi-Fi was not working for me. I don’t know if my company laptop was blocking it or not but I had trouble with that. Also, I think the breakfast offering should be revamped to offer more healthy options. Lastly, I think the $75 per fee is a bit too pricey especially if nothing is offered like in other hotels like a dog bed, water bowl, or treats.

My husband and I arrived from out of town for a festival way before check in time. We called and explained our situation and was allowed to check in early. That alone set the tone and the bar of our vacation really high!! We loved that that our room was really nice, big and clean. I also love how friendly the staff were when we asked questions about nearby places because we were from out of town. The best part of our stay was definitely the complimentary breakfast each morning. The hot breakfast of bacon, sausage, pancakes/waffles, and home fries really took the edge off from the long days and nights we spent at the festival!

Nothing! Everything was perfect!!!
