Sleep Inn Raleigh Durham Airport

Staff was professional and caring in regards to our needs. Overall our room was clean and comfortable. There was a problem with the toilet seat in our room. It was broken but usable so we did not report it until we checked out. The manager at the front desk was very apologetic and said they would have moved us to another room if we had reported it when we went to our room after check-in. Since we were meeting friend for dinner, we just dropped off our luggage and left for the evening. We were out late and didn't report it at that late hour as it really didn't have a negative effect on our stay. This was our second stay there and we enjoyed our room on both occasions. We will of course stay on future trips as both of our daughters live there.

the staff was very helpful in sorting some card issues at the beginning of my stay. the room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. breakfast was also nice, if a bit limited. still, perfectly serviceable.

it would be nice if there was some kind of rubber or silicone lip to the shower door to prevent water from escaping and getting the floor/shower mat all wet. i tried to angle the water away from the door, but it still managed to get out around the bottom and sides of the door.

Nice hotel conveniently located. Everything was adequate.

No one was wearing masks - even the staff wasn't wearing them!!! The air conditioner was VERY loud and I couldn't get the temperature right for me. The TV was a small screen for the size of the room and hard to hear over the air conditioner. I didn't want to have the volume up too much at the risk of bothering my neighbors. Speaking of "neighbors" I could hear whoever was above walking until late in the night and early this morning. I'm not sure if they were heavy walkers or the space between rooms didn't have good insulation (or whatever goes between floors. I have never heard walking above in a hotel before.

We loved everything about the Hotel, it was easy to find and from the parking lot to the entrance everything was clean and convenient for our nerds

There really wasn't anything I didn't like but the water took to long to warm up for the shower but because the hotel and room Itself was so nice it's definitely something I could live with. Overall it's a 10 for me

Cleanliness, very helpful and respectful staff, good, fresh variety breakfast, and good hot coffee, checkin and checkout is fair, felt safe, desk clerk (Mr. Kamal) made sure we had what we needed.

The shower door doesn’t close all the way so the bathroom floor gets wet.

Bathroom too small and no matter which way you operate the bathroom shower door the floor still gets wet. They advertise that they serve breakfast,well it was almost non existent not happy with that at all.

Solid basic breakfast; nothing fancy but everything was good. The price was unbelievable for the quality! Great bed, super clean room and bathroom, great shower, great location right off the highway. We’ll be staying here every time we’re in town!

I guess there could’ve been more hot breakfast options, but the grab n go options were good.

Door wouldn’t close completely without having to SLAM it They finally sent maintenance to repair but at an inconvenient time Overhead ceiling in Bathroom was also peeling and falling as I showered

The facility was clean. The beds were comfortable.

The hotel was a little further off my route than I realized looking at the map. I didn't know ahead of time that there would be a $100 incidentals fee.

The front desk staff helped me out of a huge jam on my first check in. I had booked the wrong week & they straightened It out for me. The room was very clean. The housekeeping was excellent. The breakfast was excellent. I will be staying at this property again when I am in this area.
