The hotel is modern, clean and exactly as pictured. Every staff member is welcoming, polite and helpful. We loved the bright and varied seating areas as well as the game play area in the lobby. We also enjoyed having hot food items at breakfast every morning with coffee available all day. This was a great, relaxed family stay.

Be sure to actually call for the shuttle from the airport after arriving as it isn’t necessary on a scheduled rotation. Also note that most of the Dish Network channels came through with poor signals, making the tv unwatchable for us. My suggestion would be that the hotel setup app features on the room TVs so guests can use their own streaming subscriptions in the room.

Clean and close to the airport, with comfortable beds and a modern look. I liked the squeeze bottles for shampoo and body wash installed in the shower instead of the little plastic bottles that are a huge waste. Good breakfast options and a funky lobby that has snacks and other items for sale.

The shuttle was very convenient. The staff was very friendly. Proximity to the airport was convenient.

The room was cool but could have been cleaner. I found hair in the sheets. The shower drain had a little smell to it. Would've liked a microwave in the room but there was 1 located in the lobby so it was fine.

The staff, Reece Rogers was a wonderful. he knew everyone’s name and you felt like he cares about every guest. He even told us Chris would be there the next day and he was very friendly, as well.

Slight inconvenience with the paving of the parking lot.

Location was convenient to the airport. We were able to park our car for a reasonable fee at the hotel for a week while we traveled. Hotel was clean and new. Bed was comfortable. Our check in clerk was very helpful.

Daytime staff including housekeeping and front desk were not wearing masks at least not over their nose and mouth.

The bed was wonderful! Also the lovely lady who checked us out and put breakfast out (on dec 23rd) was just so sweet she made my day! After a long flight it was a wonderful welcome to North Carolina!

Clean, bright, welcoming, convenient, comfortable. Cute pop art design. We stayed here after our flight out was canceled and the hotel just made everything easy. There was no restaurant but they had a list of delivery options and they also had some food for purchase in the lobby.

Practical and convenient hotel. The rooms are large and the staff is super nice. The hotel has nothing fancy, it has an industrial feel, and the food options on location are basic but there are many good options in the neighborhood.

Looks like there is no way to switch AC off, so there's the AC noise going on for the whole night.

Convenient to I-40. Obviously airport noise to be expected.

Rooms are small. This is a very dresser down hotel with no special amenities. Breakfast was okay.
