Start to finish, the whole experience was great. I wish we could have stayed longer. I was surprised at the size of the breakfast and the variety of food. Really enjoyed the pool.

The markup on the snacks in the marketplace was excessive. We bought 5 items (2 drinks, 2 packages of candy, 1 snack pack of cookies) and it cost more than $15.00. Any actual market would have charged half to one-third the price.

The location was in a quiet, green setting. I enjoyed taking a roughly 3/4 mile walk along the sidewalk lining a wooded area to the shopping area. I didn't like seeing the trash in the wooded area, though. The size of the bedroom area was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. Both my mom and I slept very well in our queen-sized beds The bathroom was spacious and bathtub and sink area clean. Breakfast was good. Good variety and plentiful. We didn't use much of the kitchen, but it is very nice to have. My mother really liked the smell of the soap and shampoo/conditioning products.

My pet peeve when going to a hotel is a dirty air vent (the central air-conditioning/heating vent). It needs to be cleaned. There was so much visible dirt on it. There was an odd side table/desk without a chair in the corner of our room. My mother is older, at age 79. She mentioned that it was difficult to hold onto the silver handicap bar in the front of the bathtub area and access the soap/shampoo/conditioner at the same time. I was a little surprised to see that bar in the front rather than the side along the wall, opposite the side you step into tub.

I really liked how much space there was in our room. I also liked how nice and helpful the staff was.

On our first day we had gone out for a little bit and when we got back one of the art pieces one the wall had fallen off and for most of our stay I tried to put it back on but it kept falling off. Also on our third day there was a wet place in front of the t.v. that wasn’t there when we left that morning to go to an event.

Everything was great. I wished my stay could have been longer and will definitely be staying at this facility in the near future.

I could hear the traffic from the room I had, and because of the combined hotels it got a little confusing using the elevators and not knowing which side I was ended up on, but I figured it out pretty quickly.

Staff member in the lobby area being very disrespectful about us wearing a mask and she wasn’t wearing one herself. This individual proceeded to be verbally unprofessional after we walked off. VERY DISAPPOINTING! I’ve stayed here multiple times this is the first time I’ve ever been treated this disrespectfully!

I stay here every 2 months. The front desk staff is always exceptionally helpful. If I ever have a question or concern they are very responsive. I like how you can park on both sides of the building and the vending area downstairs. It is always very clean.

In most basic rooms there are only showers.

We loved the location and the size of the room.

The cleanliness of the room has taken a downward trend. Having stayed here on many occasions, this was disappointing. The rooms are showing signs of being dated.

We loved the breakfast and location (expect the eggs were very salty) and the room was more than we expected size bathroom phenomenal beds comfy two tvs and a full size refrigerator. I loved the decor as well

The room was very clean. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. A lot of breakfast options and kitchen staff were so sweet. Very comfortable and relaxing stay!

I didn’t never eat the breakfast but the location is definitely in a nice and quiet area!

I didn’t dislike anything . Everything was perfect!
