AC Hotel by Marriott Raleigh North Hills

The service was awesome! The valet personnel were excellent particularly the young man who is a student athlete at St. Augustine University. He was professional and represented AC Hotel very well. He went the extra mile to be courteous. Great personality! He should be in management because he had an outstanding disposition!!! The front desk employees also provided courteous service!!

The cost of the hotel was awful!!!!!! The cost was higher than usual. I was here for the AKA Regional Conference and there should have been a discounted rate. Over 5000 women attended the conference at the Raleigh Convention Center.

I enjoyed the hotel very much! It was clean, modern, GREAT location for the weekend, LOVED the shower and the rooftop area. Overall I would definitely go back to stay since the location was perfect for what I wanted!

Like other reviews it was pretty loud as far as being able to hear everything happening outside of your room. Luckily I am a heavy sleeper so I didn't mind as much and I was extremely tired from the drive so it did not disrupt my sleep but I can see how it would be a negative for someone else. Also, the breakfast was not good at all. It was nice to sit up there and have my coffee but I did like enjoy the breakfast offered.

Roof top bar service is great during the day at night it is poor service. Wait staff picks and chooses who they would help outside, I even asked for assistance just to place a To go food order because they close at 11pm and was told "no she could not help me, even as guest at the hotel. Then watched her take a drink order for some one else that just arrived. We stood in line for 15 minutes just to pay our tab to leave . Expect better service when you pay $14 and up for basic drinks especially when the surrounding places off better service for the same price

i loved how convenient it was to walk to food, bars, Harris Teeter etc. it got busy so if you prefer quite kept surroundings I would say stay down at Hyatt since its a little further from the bars. being that the Level 7 bar is located in this hotel, the elevators were key activated except floor 7. there will be drunk ppl on the elevator so be aware but it didn’t bother me everyone was well kept and under control

Quick trip to meet up with a friend. The location was perfect! Totally exceeded our expectations. Walked to shopping and restaurants. Loved the 7th floor bar and the fact that only hotel guests had access. Your afternoon and morning front desk attendants were very personable, helpful and nice. Very refreshing!

The occasional marijuana smell in the hallways that came through into my room. Not necessarily the hotel's fault as I didn't tell them when it was happening but it smelled bad at times. I would reiterate to guests that "no smoking" means no smoking.

This was my 2nd time booking here and i can truly say they made Me and My Husband feel welcome for our Honeymoon the staff Cindy in which I met upon arrival was very friendly and Taylor aka Tay that works at level 7 too Kennedy that works at front desk. The hotel and the location is great. Very clean always smells good. Just over all will definitely not be my last time.

I left a note at booking that it was our anniversary - they left us a sweet bundle of snacks and wine!! The bed was so comfortable, check in was smooth and flawless, and overall a fantastic night away.

We needed to leave by 710am and was unable to enjoy the free breakfast since it started at 7. A 630a start would have been nice, but I understand it's the weekend.

Level7 bar was beautiful. Service was great. Rooms were comfortable. Location near restaurants was outstanding. We walked each night to great choices of bars and restaurants. Service was outstanding on our valet parking. Our car was ready the morning we were leaving. I highly recommend for a getaway weekend.

The location is close to great eating places, and convenient to downtown. Love the modern look and feel and the kings size bed is comfortable! The hotel smells good too!!

No microwave. The staff can be more hospitable and friendly.

I loved the hotel and the area that it was located in. It's perfect to walk to any restaurants or even go bowling, The hotel was very lovely and there is even a bar on level 7 called level 7. Nice little bar area and food. i would definitely stay here again.
