I like that the King Suite has a bedroom door and 2 televisions. The continental breakfast was delicious and very convenient. It helps to cut down food costs. The hotel itself smelled clean.

Our room wasn't as clean as it could've been. You can see that the carpet, chair, and couch need a deep cleaning. Our floor in front of the bathroom had what appeared to be a condiment spill stuck to the floor. Although you can ask for more toilet paper...there wasn't (at least) an extra roll in the bathroom. Since we were assigned to a room w/ half a half roll of toilet paper. Although it was the little things that bothered me...little things do mean a lot. It would be amazing if there was a walk-in shower option (if there isn't one).

The hotel was easy to access off Rt.95. The lobby was nice and welcoming. The hotel staff was friendly, efficient, and check in was easy. All the staff I encountered were professional and friendly. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. It was spacious and there wasn't any mold or bad smells like you sometimes find at other hotels. The bed was very comfortable. No problems with noise either from other guests or anything in the area. The breakfast, which was included, was very good and the staff was attentive to keeping it stocked. There was nice covered porch areas outside for smokers and non-smokers. It is a pet friendly hotel and there was a pet area. The price was very good. I am sure I will use this hotel again.

The receptionist at the desk was pleasant and efficient on check in. The room was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. The same receptionist greeted us pleasantly as we left the next morning, wishing us safe travel. Then we were very surprised when she called us while we were on the road a little later. Housekeeping discovered a pair of reading glasses in the wastebasket in the room and they were concerned we had lost them accidentally. We had actually purposely discarded them but we were so appreciative of their professional concern. We will definitely stay at your hotel again. Joe and Karen Labbadia

The room was comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff did a good job providing towels and asking if we needed anything else. I like and appreciate the Front desk staff. They were very welcoming and made sure that everything was taken care of.

I felt that the pricing was extremely high. I realize that other hotels are rather expensive in the area. Also, the refrigerator was extremely small.

The elevator was broken (a note was posted that the repair would be done) and we had to take the stairs to the second floor. Our room on the first floor was in between the pool and the laundry room which produced an odor in our room. The staff was accommodating and moved us to the second floor which was much better.

Country inn and suites in Rocky Mount, NC is our go to halfway stay when driving between New England and Florida. Very comfortable beds, clean, and friendly staff. The in-room coffee and coffee in the lobby is good. The room size is great and the bathrooms are always clean. Pet friendly for a $25 fee, which is to be expected, when we brought our puppy back in August.

The breakfast is meh, but for free, it's good enough to fill our bellies and get us back on the road.

Full complete breakfast every morning. Employees were nice.Free parking. Microwave and mini fridge in room. No carpets on rooms. Private bathroom. TV worked perfectly. Beds were comfy.

No restaurants or stores nearby to go by walking. You must drive. Although there are some restaurants and a mall very nearby. Could hear people stomping above my room (floors are sensitive).

Room was great, breakfast was great but the pool and hot tub were under maintenance and we could not use it. We should have gotten a cheaper rate because we paid to be able to use the pool and hot tub which we didn't get to use. Rate should have been cut in half because of this and it didn't look like they were in a hurry to fix this.

Pool and hot tub should not be under maintenance during the busiest time of the year. The rate should have reflected the maintenance and been half price.

hotel was nice and well situated close to the 95, the room very comfortable. The breakfast was very good

check-in was a mess because there was apparently a glitch with booking's system and the receptionist wasn't really empathic to our situation and said she couldn't give us the keys to a room that we had already paid for. we had to call booking and then she was sort of forced to call her boss who told her to give us a room.

The property was nicely updated and our room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was well run. There was a nice and hard-working woman running around to keep things stocked, and clean (gloves were provided upon entrance to use common equipment like the juice dispenser and hot meal utensils). The woman who checked us in was very friendly, as was the woman I spoke with during check-out!

Our room was fantastic, but our bedding was lose and pulling off the mattress throughout the night (the mattress was good, but almost a bit too plush for us).
