The staff was courteous and helpful. It was decorated beautifully and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable.

The bathroom ceiling was falling in as though there had been water leak from above. All of the room doors in the hallway looked like someone tried breaking in. That was scary. The restaurant attached was not something I would recommend to anyone. They were out of ground beef to make hamburgers, buns for Philly cheesesteaks and the service was so very slow. 20 minutes to be waited on, another 20 minutes to get drinks, the fries were cold and soggy and after agreeing to a tortilla for the Philly cheesesteak, they forgot the cheese. The breakfast was also not very good. The restaurant could definitely use work.

location and convenience

The only issue that I had with this hotel was my room wasn’t 100 percent cleaned. There was a used piece of soap left on the counter in the bathroom, hair left on the toilet, and the bed comforter should have been changed out. It had a dirt spot on it. I always stay at this hotel when I come in town. This was the first time I’ve ever had a issue with my stay. So I would definitely stay again and give it another try.

Location was very good. Not far off I-95.

AC unit was very loud and inefficient. Thermostat was set to 64 but the room was maybe 71. It was a handicap accessible room, the shelf in the bathroom was bent downward as if the tole of people pulling towels from below had taken effect.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff at the front desk was very nice.

The food at the restaurant was awful. The breakfast was $15 and my daughter only had a muffin and coffee. The pool was out of service and our kids did want to swim. The hotel was pretty warm, too. They need to turn up the AC in the common areas.

This property was well maintained. really nice lobby area. Room was clean - bed was great and pillows were awesome!! Shower was the best that we’ve experienced in a long time traveling. The attached restaurant was a plus!!! Friendly staff!

I like that it was clean throughout the establishment, the staff was beyond friendly, attentive and keep a smile on their face. My boyfriend and I stayed here, because driving back to Fort Bragg was a no go after a long day with family. The room was spotless, nothing was out of place. If push comes to shove, we will probably stay here again depending on what we do with my family.

I just enjoyed the friendliness of staff. We travel all over and here lately the staff aren't always friendly. Sometimes they are rude.

Everything was okay. The breakfast wasn't the greatest, but it was ok.

the beds and pillows were wonderful!!!! Staff & housekeeping were great & attention to whatever you want/need.!!

I didn't know that I had to request room clean up each day.... had to call several times to get supplies, etc. Found out as I was leaving & told them our trash cans (2 tiny ones) were all overflowing, just so they knew... But housekeeping was there when when needed!

We booked this hotel last minute for an overnight stay while traveling north and were pleasantly surprised. Clean, well kept, friendly staff, comfortable bed.

We were on the side of the hotel facing the highway, a little noisy but tolerable and we were exhausted so sleep came easy.

The location was great and I loved having a restaurant connected to the property.
