Breakfast selections and the layout of the dining area was great.

Did not say that I needed a handicapped bathroom. It was a little hard because there is no grab bar beside the toilet. It would have been easier if it was. Did not ask before hand about a handicap bathroom when I checked in and thought if would have worked the was it was. I had to improvise and use the wheelchair for her to hold on.

The safety, the cleanliness, and most importantly, the friendliness of the staff and I don’t remember her name but the lady in the breakfast area with the long hair in a ponytail and she wore glasses she was exceptional. She is an asset to your business.

The thin walls we could hear the TV in the room next to us and they had it on all night long on our last two nights of stay had to turn the phone to sounds to block it out

Staff was great

Cleaning was only available with 24 hour advance notice. If that is the plan the rooms need to be better stocked. We had a half roll or toilet paper, one cofee pod, no extra towels and no sheets for the pull out. Staff was great and supplied what was needed but it’s extra work on them when the room should’ve been better stocked for a 3 night stay.

Food was ok, only had coffee and a banana. Would loved th have had flavored creamer. The location was perfect for the wedding venue venue

Had a wedding at 4PM, I had requested a 2PM early check in but the room was not ready until after 4PM, therefore could not check in until after the wedding and reception. I was able to dress for the wedding in a friend’s room.

Attractive and upscale exterior of the hotel with ample parking. Interior was also clean and inviting. Breakfast was more than sufficent.

Initial room assignment had a faulty air handling unit. Once addressed with the front desk, I was promptly reassigned to another very comfortable room. Although everyone has staffing issues, I would have preferred a staff member to bring me a new key and assist in relocating my luggage.

I know you were short staffed. We put our towels and waste baskets out by 10:00 am but they didn't come iwell into the afternoon so all the things we put out was there too long .

Clean and well stocked with all essentials of home. You could tell this as soon as you arrived. All staff member are professional and very customer service friendly. I remember talking to front before I ever made my reservation, The young lady will I was to answer all my questions was amazing and helpful. Definitely will recommend this Hotel.

We loved the outdoor fire pit area and our room! Nice big tv and we loved the comfy pillows! Super nice bathroom as well!

We checked in at night and the staff was super friendly and welcoming! Well, the next morning, the next shift was not. Rude and unwelcoming. Stared at us and made rude comments as well. Except for some of ladies cleaning on the floors (they were super sweet!) When you’re working in a hotel and you treat customers with disrespect for no reason, it makes people not really want to be there. Other than the morning staff everything was great!

The hotel is one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. Rooms were comfortable and breakfasts were varied and good.

Had issue with wedding party at fire pit at 3am. Loud, intoxicated partiers. We were on the 2nd floor just above the party. Had to call the desk twice.

Well the lady who helped us with the check in was extremely kind . The breakfast was good with different options and the woman who was in charge of the breakfast was very diligent ,sweet and efficient .

Everything was fine !
