The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had everything we needed in our room. A small fridge, microwave, iron and board, and a hair dryer. There were plenty of outlets to charge our devices, and we loved the large tv.

We stayed 3 nights and the downside I saw was, unless your requested, your room was not cleaned.... And no one told us that. So the second day when we came back, no clean towels, the trash had not been emptied. So I went down to the front desk, they told me. This should be disclosed when you check in.

Really loved the staff, location, and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were massive and allowed plenty of space for our family of 4 to enjoy the vacation! Would definitely recommend or stay again!

The pillows were pretty awful. My daughter and I did not sleep well with them and would have preferred stiffer pillows.

paid through booking.com a third party. right after we checked in a walk in guest got their room for $50 less! I asked desk attendant and she said the rates cannot be changed if booked ahead and they have to work with the pricing that they see at time of guest arrival. Soooo it cost me a lot more than the couple that walked in and got a double room five minutes after. and oh this was our return stay at the property in less than two weeks as we return home to Connecticut.

The staff was accommodated. They actually started serving breakfast earlier due to baseball teams needing to be at fields early. The breakfast area offered plenty . The rooms were clean along with the hotel. Check in and out were easy and the staff was friendly. It was very nice place to stay close to downtown Southport, NC which looked so amazing and had a lot cute places to shop and eat.

The pillows were too soft and the bathroom had a weird smell when we 1st got there.

Very Clean, good location for our needs. King Suite very roomy. Staff was very friendly and helpful for local info. Breakfast was good, and dining area was clean and nice. Will use this hotel again on return. Excellent Italian Restaurant across the way. First time in Southport, very nice town.

Not considering in our critique but only one side of bed had usb charging ability, had to fight Mrs for it. I lost.

Beds were comfortable, pool was clean, rooms were very clean. Was very relaxing stay. Will definitely book a stay next time we go to Southport, NC.

I liked the roomy room and cleanliness in hotel and room as well as pool. Which my daughter loved swimming in while we were there.

Breakfast was satisfactory. I am not a huge breakfast eater and what was available was perfect for me. The staff was friendly. The rooms were nice and the bathroom was clean upon arrival.

Though the staff was friendly, I wish they knew the area better. I had one staff member who made a great suggestion and my family agreed with her after we tried it. The rest of the staff was hesitant to make suggestions, but admitted they could not help me due to their lack of knowledge of the area.

The staff, the breakfast, and the room was ready except that it had one less towel than what we reserved it (for 4 people). We had to make an extra trip to the lobby, but everything else was great.

The back door (to the pool) was broken. I am glad that there was a sign on the door to warn us though.

Quiet, good location, convenient.

1. Water stayed in the bathroom counter top will not dry up and get my stuffs wet. 2. The room I stayed only had one chair and the second person had to stay in bed at all time.

We liked the great food choices and variety of gluten free options. The staff was the best and always available to answer any questions.

The pool was outside and not in a convenient location, so we didn’t get to use it.
