Staff was friendly and helpful. Gym was small but nice. Pool was always busy.

I didn't like having to go through the gym to get to the pool. Then having people stare at you while you work out. If the window was reflective so no one can look in at the gym that would be great. Plus the floor getting wet from people leaving the pool.

Room 201, both beds squeak. Right outside door, before elevator, plastic stripping at end of rug, before flooring, has torn & lifted. If not repaired soon, someone will trip. I almost did. Think it was torn up by a wheelchair we saw go over it several times. Also, a nice touch outside on patio would be a fire pit.

The location was great. We were in the middle of everything and only 12 or so minutes from the beach. There were lots of restaurants around to try. We enjoyed getting in the pool. The hot tub wasn't working, but that was okay. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful! My boyfriend accidentally left his toiletry bag at home, but he was able to get what he needed from the front desk. Highly recommend!

I booked this facility in part because of the claim on Booking.com of an airport shuttle. Upon arrived at ILM the facility says the Booking.com description was incorrect and that they had requested a correction by Booking.com. Okay, whatever. I'm writing this only to inform other potential guests.

The location. Cleanliness. Just really pleasant.

On the last day of our stay, one of the 2 elevators was not working, and there were 2 other people with us. It moved slowly up and down 3 times before we realized that it was not going to take us to the lobby. We ended up walking down the stairs, I have claustrophobia, so that was one experience I didn't like.

the property was really clean, quiet and everyone we bumped into was super nice. there was ALWAYS a front desk attendant available.

when we first got there, the first front desk attendant was not knowledgeable about how to pull up our reservation through booking.com and this caused us to check in later.

The location plenty of stores, different places to eat from.

Breakfast-staff said breakfast wasn’t included in the cost.

I didn’t like the location of my room. The hotel didn’t seem full, based on the number of cars parked, but we were placed in close proximity to other guests (all the rooms immediately around us were occupied.). It wasn’t unruly noise, but there was still noise. I think hotels should space out the room assignments when they can. Also, I think they can offer free coffee and water in the lobby.

It was nice and clean. Everything we needed was there. The lady at the front was awesome very friendly but professional. My husband left his wedding band and they found it after checkout with no issues

The check in staff wasn’t the friendliest, but she was ok. She was counting down her drawer and I am not sure if our check in interrupted her or what, but I was able to ask typical questions they usually automatically tell you like when and where breakfast is, but we made it through.
