Swimming pool was in the middle of repairs. The day before our last day the pool was repaired. Also they advertise do not use room towels that there are towels available at pool, but there were none. We used the towels we brought. Also there was a lot of things going on at the back of building which our room was in the back. People were noisy during sleeping hours outside in lot. Sleeping in cars talking and drinking out in the lot. Kept me up every night until 4 or 5 in the morning. I chose this place thinking it was a good place but was disappointed. The pictures online make the hotel look better than it really is. So much for relaxing on my wedding anniversary vacation and from recovering from open heart surgery a few months ago.

Location is great and convenient to both market Street and the interstate. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was very warm. The front desk staff were probably the best aspect. Very kind, professional, and friendly. They should be congratulated and I appreciate their service

I didn't like the cameras that are everywhere except in the rooms. It makes it seem like there's an issue with security. I also didn't appreciate the sign in the room listing the price of everything down to a washcloth $10 that would automatically be charged to my card if missing. Maybe they have to overcompensate because of college kids.

Great location. The beds and room were great size and comfortable. Some of the staff were very accommodating, but a greater knowledge of this area would be helpful. The rooms were clean. Having shampoo conditioner and body wash in the shower area was very convenient.

With a beach location it would be nice to have laundry facilities available to use for the patrons. The breakfast was great but the same thing every day. We stayed three. A little variety would be nice. There is some upkeep in the bathroom that would make the room nicer. I understand that theft is a big expense, but the signs made it seem as if you couldn't allow housekeeping to even come in your room to clean without taking all your personal items out in case of theft. It was not very welcoming.8

Very clean property with plenty of parking. Very friendly staff who accommodated me even when I arrived a little early. The room was a great size, and featured a push button retractable curtain, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, and safe. Plenty of outlets for devices and a decent TV. Free breakfast offered as well.

The bed was a little too firm. It would be better to have had a body wash dispenser rather than two shampoo dispensers. The walk-in shower was awkward and cramped, and the whole floor in the bathroom outside of the shower floods which was a definite slipping hazard.

The room was really big, pretty clean (maid doesn’t clean everyday though and you have to ask for new towels if you need them). King sized bed + really comfy and tons of extra pillows. Hotel nicely located with a bunch of stores around and places to eat. Free parking lot.

I hate the idea of them selling the bottles of water. Never been to a hotel were water wasn’t offered, when you get there from a long trip that is the first thing you look for and it should be ready for you in the room. Breakfast was included but not that much of a choice. Overall it was ok.

The room was a good size, comfortable, and had enough room to spread out. It would be nice to have more USB ports available. Staff was helpful and housekeeping was great. We had a plumbing problem one night and they promptly got us another room right across the hall.

Our first morning the breakfast was good--they had hard boiled eggs in addition to the egg/biscuit sandwiches, which was great for us, as well as bananas in addition to the apples and oranges. After that first day, however, there were no more hard boiled eggs and no more bananas, and we were there a whole week. We ended up having to go out for breakfast. Also, we asked for a wakeup call on our last night because we had a plane to catch the next day, and the wakeup call never came.

The front desk staff was awesome. Always available with accurate information and a smile.

The cleaning staff was very hard to understand. They ended up not cleaning at all though out our stay. We asked for the room to be cleaned on Sat but she came when we were getting ready for a wedding so we assumed she would return to clean while we were gone for 6 hours but did not. The other issue was that the tub did not drain quickly so we were standing in water. They did send someone who said it was good. Next shower and it did not drain quickly again.

The room was clean and well laid out. Bed was comfy. There was some noise from the atrium on the 2nd floor, but it didn't keep us up. Breakfast was standard fare, though my wife was disappointed there were no grits (they had oatmeal, and buscuits and gravy). A few My Cousin Vinny jokes ensued. We didn't use the pool, but it looked clean and well-maintained, like the rest of the property.

Not much to complain about.

The hotel was very clean and room size were big. No bad odor smells.. The beds were comfortable. Alot of outlets available for charging. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was good. Sausage biscuits, egg biscuits, Cereal, fresh fruit, hard boil eggs, breakfast bars, muffins, pastries, apple/orange juice. The unique thing I loved was the automatic pankcake maker. Makes small fluffy pancakes with a hand wave. No pouring, no mess. Definitely will stay here again. Social time in the evenings with snacks and drinks. Walking distance to shopping centers and restaurants.

The pool was small and the location to turn into the hotel is right by the traffic light on a busy main road. Everything else great!!

The hotel is very clean and conveniently located to UNCW. I was there because I'm in school and was there for my campus visit. Breakfast was ok, I wish there was bacon and a waffle maker. It was quiet and very comfy. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of space to move around in. I will be staying again for graduation in MAY of 2023.

Breakfast could use a waffle maker instead of that pancake thingy.
