room was exceptionally clean the bed was comfortable. the bathroom needs work through old and dated shower apparatus needs an upgrade water pressure was really low. also overall appearance looked run down a bit.

The bathroom in my room needs updating. Continental Breakfast needs work no breakfast sandwiches no biscuits and sausage Gravy. orange juice and coffee were unavailable at 7:30 am?

The younger guy at the front desk was the sweetest! Even though they were having technical difficulties, he still did his best to accommodate our needs!

My only complaint was the smoke detector needed the batteries changed so it kept beeping on and off. But I didn’t wanna call down and bother them just for that lol.

We stayed for the pool, bar and close to everything we needed. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great, but wish it was open later then 9am, missed it the first morning.

2 out of 3 vending machines did not wotk

The casino and bar was located in the hotel so we could have a drink and relax before the next days meeting.

No coffee in the morning with the bag breakfast only coffee in the room with little sugar no cream. I do understand that is left over procedures due to covid19 but maybe hot coffee in the lobby would be okay?

The staff didn't know which rooms had been cleaned when we checked in at 5pm being the computer didn't indicate which rooms had been cleaned or not so they didn't know where to put us so they upgraded us to a patio room which was nice. The room was clean. No complaints. Location was good. Having a fridge & microwave in the room was appreciated and have a cool room when we checked into our room was also very appreciated.

The hallways were not vacuumed. Considering we came in later in the day that should have been done. It would have been nice to have more than 2 towels, hand towels and wash cloths being we were staying for 3 days. It also would have been nice to have a listing of TV channels and programming. The guide on the TV remote didn't work so we had no clue what we were watching. Beds were ok. Could have been a little softer and a little more comfortable, but that may have just been me. I don't sleep well

Very close to my sisters house

It needs a little work but I can tell they are in the process of sprucing up the place. The one thing g about my room is I had lights bulbs burnt out in the bathroom and the two lamps by the king bed didn’t work even after plugging in, however the wonderful mood lighting with the hot tub was exactly what I was looking for. All in all comfortable and i would stay again. Just little tweaks here and there.

Our room was clean and convenient to the parking lot for unloading. Front desk staff nice and friendly.

They didn't have a continental breakfast like we were used to at other hotels but they gave us a sack breakfast.

The lack of staff at the desk, but I understand that pretty much everywhere is short staffed. Also, breakfast was "brown bagged' and not very good.

Breakfast sucked!! Bag Breakfast didn't get to pick anything, no coffee, coffee maker in the room didn't work. The room had a great chair, love the chair!!

staff went out of their way to find my sons stuffed animal. had rooms that lead outside for our dog. rooms were cozy.

bathroom was incredibly small. road leading to location was awful.
