Lots of choices for breakfast - especially like the waffles. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. I didn't feel good couple nights and felt claustrophobic in the room so middle of night I went and walked around the lobby. The person behind desk came out and got me water and gave me a hug.

Empty garbage bins every day or so - I was there a week so when bin got full, sat outside the room. The AC was difficult to maintain as I had to keep switching buttons. One employee came in and reset.

The front desk gals were absolutely amazing!! We had our special needs daughter with us and those ladies were so wonderful to her. I wish they knew how much it meant to this mom. The one gal helped make her breakfast because dad was busy getting other things going and I was in the room. When we were walking down the hall to leave, that same lady ran up to our daughter and gave her the biggest hug and said how much she enjoyed her. The other lady that worked over night was just as great to her. I can't thank you guys enough! If we ever come back up there, we'll stay again!! Be safe everyone!

The housekeeping girl was pretty rude. When she met us in the hall there was no hi said to us even tho I said hi to her. She just looked at us and looked away like we had the plague. Made me feel very uncomfortable. Later I was standing at the front desk waiting for the lady to come back and the housekeeping girl was sitting at the table right there talking to her friend. She knew I needed something but didn't bother asking me. In all other places I've stayed at, workers no matter if they are front desk workers, housekeepers, maintenance, etc. if they see a customer just standing there not being helped, would ask if there was something they could do for them. But this girl just looked at me, ignored me and continued talking to her friend.... Not impressed!

The location worked out great for me in relation to where my event was and where the highway was. I needed a ground floor room due to a visual impairment and they accommodated me. The front desk staff was wonderful. Friendly, Fun, very Pleasant, Helpful, Wow. Breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again. I was in Moorhead for a 50th Wedding Anniversary celebration and told everyone there that they should have stayed at this hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! It was quite busy at check in. Many guests were told their rooms were newly renovated, mine was not. It suited my needs. If I come back to Fargo, I would probably stay here again. Much Success to the owners/staff You all were very hospitable!

Rayelle goes above and beyond to make sure you feel right at home!! She truly is a delightful soul and i could *always* count on her for anything i may have forgotten or needed. They have everything you might need right on site!

Continental breakfast part of why we booked. It was plentiful and had alot of variety! Liked the free upgrade to king bed. Host was kind and welcoming. Sorry, I don't know her name. Bed was comfortable.

The building has been used hard. The carpet was frayed in our room doorway and the tub seemed stained by a cleaning chemical perhaps. However, the room smelled fresh and everything we used worked.

The hotel had everything we needed. The location was very good. Most of all this hotel has the most wonderful staff. They are very accommodating and so great that they make you feel right at home!

Breakfast was very good. Nice variety of items. Waffle maker was great, and there was great coffee and juices and water. There was so much to choose from.

It was a little on the small side. The rooms were a little small but the value of the stay was great.

The gal at the front desk was great. My daughter was having a restless night and showed her where the treadmill was so she could walk and settle in for the night 🙏

I don't think we had time to find something we didn't like.

Good selection.

Air conditioner was quite noisy. It would wake me up every time it started. No complaints though I would rather be awakened periodically than sweat my ass off with the heat we had while I was there.
