They have a great pool area with hottub and two slides for the pool. Feel that the water park atmosphere brings lots of families to the hotel, and they are understaffed to keep all public areas clean. Still really enjoyed our stay. My son spent hours in the pool.

2:00 A.M. fire alarm disrupted my sleep, but this was caused by an individual pulling a fire alarm accidentally or intentionally. This was not the fault of the hotel. We were quickly informed that there was no fire and could return to our rooms.

The staff was immediately friendly right when we got there. Our room wasn’t quite ready due to short staff but they immediately put us in the next available room.

Only problem was there was a convention happening and a special event until 2am in the morning in the pool area. Due to that, a poolside room was not going to work with a family of small children.

The staff were the friendliest I have ever encountered. They were helpful and courteous. convenient location.

RV parking should mean designated areas easy to access not find a bunch of empty parking spaces and park perpendicular to them. When I went to leave there were other cars blocking my way. Fortunately the manager was able to get them moved. The office centers printer didn’t function. The clerk told me to email the documents to the front desk. Since the email contained sensitive information she allowed me access to the desk so I could delete the files and erase the email. The computer keyboard was so wore out most of the keys could not be identified.

I enjoyed the free breakfast, the pool and fair pricing . Staff where friendly

The other patrons abusing staff Not cool or tough.. You know what's cool. Being kind,tipping, pleases ' and thank yous!!! Saw the cops drag some "tough" guy out of the hotel I am.sure he was a polite young man..with manners 😒😒

We love the location of the property and how convenient it is to the places we went to visit.

We stayed here last year and the breakfast had fewer options this year, not even worth our time. We were awakened this morning to a large dog barking below us. If you are going to allow dogs, I would suggest that you have a block of rooms in a separate area of the hotel that isn't going to disturb other guests

I stayed almost a week. Vinyl flooring in the room was great. I was able to wipe it down daily from dirty shoes & dogs feet. A hot/cold Breakfast was available every day. Restaurant/bar in hotel. The pool & hot tub area was quiet during the week. Plenty of grassy areas for dogs. Staff was very accommodating.

Disrespectful dog owners that didn't pick up their mess outside.

Pool room was very nice. The pool and hot tub were large.

The pool is for families with little kids. If you don't want to be in the pool or hot tub with little kids with floaters while parents drink at the tables this isn't the pool or hot tub for you. Lack of towels to dry off with.

I loved that the property had awesome pool area and the bar was awesome as well. the convention rooms they have for bigger parties! it’s around big shopping malls & grocery stores! staff was so friendly and breakfast there was FRENCH TOAST!!! lol haven’t seen a hotel with French toast before!!

It’s just didn’t seem as clean as it should but it is a big hotel! Rooms could use an update!

The breakfast was good. Beds are really comfortable and clean. I like that there is a lounge inside the hotel.

The only complaint I can think of is that the first night I ran out of hot water as soon as i turned rhe shower on. And the shower barely has any pressure.

The room was spacious, and definitely met our needs. We really liked the pool and hot tub that was available down the hallway! The hot breakfast of waffles, eggs, sausage, coffee and tea was very convenient.

We stayed in a pet-friendly room (despite not having a pet), so the bed cover had pet hair all over it.
