It was in a decent safe location close to the highway as it was just to rest on our roadtrip. Comfy and freshly steam cleaned recently as the Carpet was a bit damp but it was a last min upgrade room too as front desk gave us an option of top floor if we wanted. Room was otherwise perfectly clean and ready to go. It's an older hotel design but the room has all it needs to cover the basics plus has a spacious living room area from the beds to the window.

All lighting came from lamps so you need to use the bathroom light to get to see the desk lamps & to the beds when you enter. The freezer part of the fridge did not freeze our waters overnight which was disappointing as we are on a roadtrip.

Value for money and very comfortable. The pool was lovely to swim in. The bed was very comfortable.

It seemed that the reception staff had been trained by Basil Faulty from Faulty Towers. We had booked a non pet room and upstairs in April of this year and received an email from the hotel in confirmation. When we arrived on the 29th of July they had sold this room to someone else which was odd as we arrived before 3pm and had to wait in line till 3:45pm to get our room with only 1 person in front of us in the queue. They made continuous apologies and made extraordinary excuses like I came from Nashville (Like who cares)…….. we just wanted what we had arranged in April and what we had, had confirmed. Most disgruntled guests we have ever seen in any foyer.

The staff were very friendly and approachable. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The AC/heating unit was very strong. We were unable to turn the fan off the AC, but wanted it on because it was very hot at night time. This was not a huge deal though. The AC unit was a little confusing (this is why we were unable to turn off the fan, I think) otherwise, the off button on the AC did not work. The AC was also slightly loud, but I slept well, so not a huge deal. Also, breakfast was not super great, it was a little scarce and whatever was out did not seem fresh so we did not eat. However, I think that for the value of the hotel I was not expecting a huge continental breakfast anyway.

Super comfortable bed and pillows, soft towels, very clean, bathroom updated nicely, friendly and efficient staff. Pleasant, quiet and predictable stay. Everything you need after a long day on the road. Would definitely stay again. Place was being updated (hall carpets/paint) while we stayed, so probably an even better experience on the way for future guests.

No elevator option, not great if you have a big suitcase or lots of bags, but that's honestly being pretty picky. Breakfast wasn't anything *amazing*, but can't complain for the price.

The housekeeping did an amazing job on cleanliness. One of the most clean Days Inn. I stay at a lot of hotels and that is important. Amanda at the front desk helped me so much as I was struggling to bring my stuff in and she told me she could get me a room on the ground floor the next day if I didn't mind switching. I went down the next day and she helped me do just that.

Everything was good.

I stayed one night each on May 23 - 24 and May 30 -31. I drove from MSP and had a restful night before my trip to Mandan/Bismarck and then Watford City (Theodore Roosevelt National Park, North Unit.). And stayed again to rest from my cross state trip east and before driving to Minneapolis. Room was clean. Location was quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast was excellent.

Wonderful Serta mattress with pillow top and clean sheet atop the comforter, extremely comfy. Great AC with continuous fan feature for welcome white noise. Nice to have an easy chair and ottoman. Good and very well tended breakfast; we appreciated the hard boiled eggs good for my husband's diabetic diet.

Great spot near shopping and restaurants. The room was clean, very quiet and beds were quite comfy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. This was excellent value and would definitely stay again.

Shower needed caulking.

Great staff !! Clean and great location !! Brought in a foldable bed ; as we had only booked for 2 and last minute had another guest wanna come along … great breakfast nook … would stay there definitely again ..

there was stuff left in my hotel room because I had to go back to Bismarck for an emergency. I have tried contacting the hotel by phone to see if I can pick up my boyfriends things and I haven’t gotten a response. if someone could please get back to me that would be great. thank you 7012024489
