The hotel was well located and convenient and it is appropriate for families with kids.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired and we ended up eating elsewhere. On the one hand, this is not solely the hotel's fault since they are catering mostly to Americans and Americans are accustomed to these kinds of carb infused breakfasts. On the other hand, the only choices available were a variation of bread (including waffle, donuts, pancakes, etc) and water or sugary foods such as cereal and jam. It would be nice if there were a few healthy choices besides the overcooked mush that passes as oatmeal.

The receptionist greeting us was super friendly and kind. He had a smile on his face at 11pm! Whole hotel was clean. They had the best swimming pool we’d seen in the last 10 days of hotels! It has a kiddie slide and one of this umbrella things with water as you’d see in a splash pad.

Wish they had eggs/sausage/ for breakfast option-only had grits as warm food and then the other typical cold items.

The coffee was good -- I don't really eat breakfast but a lot of people seemed pleased. The room was delightful. I loved the little sofa and table, and the lights, and the beds were very good. The staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn't like. I have zero complaints. I'm only typing in this field because the form requires it. La la la la this is the last sentence.

I had a king size room, it was nice and big which I appreciate. I really loved the size of the bathroom, so many new hotels have very small bathrooms where you can hardly open the door because it is so close to the toilet. It was a wonderful stay!

I didn't find anything that I felt needed correction. It was a very nice, clean hotel.

Breakfast was very carb heavy. No eggs, meat or fruit, just waffles, toast, bagel or biscuits and gravy. Not the staffs fault but the chain might consider some healthier options.

The beads are very comfortable. Room is clean with no smells. Bathrooms are great size. Breakfast was good and a variety of things to choose from. Front desk was very polite.

The low ceiling in pool area but kids didn't mind

I booked this room the same day that we were going to check in. I received a discounted price, which was appreciated. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was passable.

Breakfast was ok.. Did not go away hungry though. Other hotels in the area have full selection scrambled eggs, omlets, or breakfast sandwiches along with make your own waffles or pancakes. Banana or oranges. Stayed in a room with two queen beds and a sofa hide a bed. The hide a bed was unusable very well used mattress and springs broken. Front desk was notified and they were going to take care of it. Staff were very apologetic about the inconvenience.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were 2 types of cereal, biscuits and gravy and waffles. Only one waffle maker worked and there were 10 people waiting in line for it. There was no fruit, yogurt or anything that someone on a low carb diet could eat.
