The staff was wonderful, talented, hard-working and funny! The hotel is a big, mostly single story open square. Inside the square is a huge, pretty, open air, almost park-like garden area. The complimentary breakfast was buffet style and better than most. The rooms were comfortable although worn and dated. The bed was quite comfortable. There are excellent restaurants nearby. My favorite was Dolittle's: Great food, good wine list, RIEDEL wine glasses! Ask to see the automated glass polisher machine. ;-)

It was a long walk to anywhere in the building. The interior halls had windows that faced the garden area which made the walk more pleasant.

The bed was excellent and very comfortable. I checked out prior to breakfast. I enjoyed the use of both swimming pools and the hot tub. Jets in hot tub are powerful and it felt great. I enjoyed a burger and beer from Kelly’s so very convenient. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. I enjoyed the TV.

Not a lot of water pressure in the shower. Occasional noise not certain if it was small refrigerator running or vent or AC but it was loud when it kicked on. Room seemed updated. Exterior could use a facelift.

This is the first hotel I've bought by myself. Our rooms ac didn't work (room 200), and it was 83 degrees in there. I was so nervous to ask for help, but whoever was at the desk at night of June 3rd 2023 was so kind. They helped us find a more temperate room even when bookings were tight. You don't understand how thankful I am for what happened. It's a new core memory for sure. :')

Beautiful courtyard with pool and picnic shelters, lots of comfortable lawn chairs to relax on. Nice indoor pool and hot tub available. Breakfast was nice. Lobby had a lot of comfortable furniture for visiting as well. There was a restaurant on site as well.

The air conditioner unit in the room was very loud and you couldn’t adjust it.

Front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, I can't remember her name (about 5', blonde hair, has 2 kids), others were helpful also. Beds were comfortable. Liked being able to walk out either into hallway or outside. The hotel is old but is clean and well kept. Great shower pressure!

The parking lot was full of trash. Potholes were HUGE AND DEEP! On a large pick-up truck the hole and water reached TOP of wheel well. Neighboring room had small dog they allowed to run free and it didn't seem to like people. Also smoked outside our room rather than theirs. (We don't smoke)

We enjoyed the pool and courtyard area. The breakfast was good there!

I was disappointed that the fridge smelled when I opened it when we first got there. There was some sort of liquid maybe yogurt in the drawer at bottom of fridge that wasn’t cleaned up. This created an odour. I had to take drawer out and clean it up before putting our food in there. The odour left after I cleaned the fridge.

The employees were awesome! The front desk was really busy at times (while I waited for family in the lobby), but the staff kept their composure and were unfailingly helpful and polite to all. The free breakfast was wonderful and generous. We will stay again on our next trip to Fargo/Moorhead.

The hallways got a little noisy at night, but a call to the front desk solved the issue.

The room was very comfortable. Bathroom was great. Breakfast was fine. The price was great. Pools were fantastic.

Without a car, it was difficult to get anywhere. I was only there one night so not a big deal. Not a great choice for food within walking distance but there is a convenience store and Subway next door. It is located right next to an intersate highway and on a divided local highway.

Was easy to find, friendly staff, nice pool and hot tub, has restaurant attatched. They let us check in a couple hours before check in!-thats the biggest plus!

Room was a little dirty, stuff on floor and counter and the toilet paper holder was not attached to the wall, so first use the WHOLE thing came off the wall and toilet paper rolled into the shower. Not enough towels in room for 4 people and had a few issues with the key cards.

Weekday breakfast is made to order and is very well done. Karen is AMAZING! I had to stay there for 3 weeks waiting to move into my home! She and her staff took excellent care of me. The option for indoor and outdoor pool is a fantastic feature!

Parking lot needs to be re-done badly. Lots of large pot holes.
