Front desk clerk was friendly as was the woman in charge of the breakfast station. Room and bathroom were very clean and neat. Excellent location within walking distance to OU campus

The hotel is not a "traditional hotel" - appears this may have been an office building prior. There is no true lobby so do not expect a place to lounge or sit as is there is nothing. * Breakfast was good however location of same was odd as was on the second floor; additionally found it very odd that the "fitness room" was literally right outside our door - not a seperate "room" just placed in an open space.

The location is great for events taking place at Ohio University. The rate was much better than many neighboring properties. We have stayed here before. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the showers are HUGE with a tower of different spray options (waterfall, rain drops, faucet, body, and hand-held wand). On-site parking and free water and soft drinks are also appreciated.

The Booking.com descriptor stated that a continental breakfast was included on Fridays and Saturdays (or so I thought). My confirmation stated that breakfast was included. At check-in, we asked what time breakfast was served, but were told there was no breakfast. I even mentioned that breakfast was stated in my confirmation but was told that it was "only on the weekends." We stayed overnight on a Thursday and were expecting a continental breakfast on Friday morning.

Checkin was easy. Parking right there reserved by the door. Staff very helpful and friendly at the desk. Room very modern and clean. LOVED the shower (large with rounded sliding glass door, rain shower was perfect, loved the hand held and the spray options too, excellent pressure and temperature)! Bed was very comfortable. My "bolster" wouldn't stay up level with the bed and so I just slid farther down on the mattress since my pillows couldn't be right up on the headboard. Television was HUGE! Free wifi was great and worked immediately with a strong signal. Will definitely book again!

As mentioned above, the "bolster" between the mattress and the headboard didn't support the pillows so I had to scoot down farther on the mattress to have my head level on the pillows. Not really an issue for me at 5'7 but would have been a problem for a tall individual. Just a personal pet peeve for a hotel in a "university town." Please proofread all signage. The sign at the front desk has the word "bellow" instead of "below" and my shower knob instructions said "buton" when the word should have been "button." I just want the hotel to make a good impression with travelers to Ohio University as it is my alma mater and hopefully, my next place of work!

the room was exceptionally clean with a view, oversized TV, shower was amazing. You can walk to restaurants, Jackie O tap house, and all the night life. We hopped on the bike trailhead at Currior rd. Stop at Country store of the trail for a drink and snack.(unique venue of 40 beers on tap and good food)

no Kleenex in the room and only mentioning it because it is so trivial. that’s how nice this place is.

Breakfast very good. Shower excellent!! Plugs / usb connections everywhere and beds comfy. TV also great. Could use bedside table and light on both sides of queen beds for 2 people. Refrigerator was loud at night and traffic noisy but not sure what you can do about that. I like the bare floors but kind of “cold” and felt like I had to wear slippers (which thankfully I had with me.)

The hotel was very convenient to OU and the feel was contemporary, yet comfortable! Grateful there was breakfast available! And the shower was AMAZING after a full day walking around OU!!!!

The only thing I would have appreciated would have been some rugs in the room beside the bed. I appreciated that the floor was linoleum, but having something to step onto right out of bed would have been nice.

Centrally located and easy to find. I did not eat breakfast the day it was offered. Coffee was good. Rooms were very, very clean and modern. Loved the bathrooms, especially the black makeup towel for the ladies. Nice touch! Staff was so nice and very friendly. Enjoyed my stay and I will be back.

I think the finest aspect of the hotel is the location. Athens is small town and a very walkable uptown, which the hotel is close to. The hotel is very clean, spacious and modern and very reasonable as far as price per night. This will the only hotel I will stay in whenever I come down to see my daughter and friends.

I have no complaints at all. The place is just terrific!

The entire facility is spotless. The staff is friendly and attentive. It was our first visit to Athens and of we come back, this is the only place we will stay.

This is by no means a statement about the hotel because it is 100% out of their control, but just a warning/reminder that the hotel is located very close to a fraternity and sleeping on a Friday night was a bit challenging due to drag races and a party outside.

Very comfortable beds, nice big flat screen for watching movies...clean and great view of Athens out the large picture windows (we had one of the suites.) My daughter enjoys having her own space. There is a small gym and a breakfast available in the morning. We always like the complimentary water and sodas in the fridge after out drive across the state.
