The front desk clerk, Paula, was very polite, very helpful, and professional! The room was nice. We brought our dog with us and therefore stayed in a designated room for people traveling with pets. The room was clean and did not smell. The place was over all very nice!

The pool had not yet opened for the spring and it would have been nice had they had a jacuzzi. I went to the bar to get a Starbucks coffee around noon and the barrista was no longer there. The bartender informed me that she did not know how to make the speciality drinks but could make a few coffee drinks. She gave it her best but it would be nice to have a barrista present.

Everything was clean and pleasant. All services at dinner were impressive, everything was tasty, fresh, our waitress, Maggie was impecable presenting choices and helping with everything. Breakfast was also delicious, very fresh. Our waitress was also very nice.

The staff was great, facilities were beautiful, and the restaurant was very good. We also loved sitting on the patio area.

The shower wasn’t entirely clean and the sink didn’t drain properly. The pipes underneath were taped together. The vending machines were not in working order. My flatbread pizza was extremely burned on the last night which was disappointing.

Allowed early check-in and facilitated extended checkout to accommodate wife's convention schedule. Staff, including waitstaff in restaurant, were exceptional. Positive, efficient, friendly, helpful. One of the finest spots I've stayed in my 60 years of traveling. Entire property performs well above its three-star rating.

Our non-smoking room had a distinct odor of previous guests not following the rules. There was a wet bathing suit left in the bathroom, which created concerns for the overall cleanliness. However, the room did seem to be clean.

Property was very nice . Great location Every person that worked there that I spoke with was amazingly friendly and willing to help in anyway they could . And the dinner there was exceptional Very happy with this property . Would definitely stay again .

I liked the room having access to outside directly.

I didn't like being located all the way to the end and down a few stairs. I felt like because I had my pet I was placed way down on the end in a room. That was the only thing I didn't like about the stay. But I understand you most likely have sectioned off rooms specifically for pets & owners. I prefer to be more centrally located in the hotel (pet or no pet).

The Inn has a warm and peaceful atmosphere. Loved all of the OU photographs. The restaurant and tavern area were particularly pleasing. Very good food. The room was also very clean and comfortable.

Minor issues. The rooms seemed a little pricey. We also had a bit of trouble with the heating/AC unit.
