Hampton Inn and Suites Parkersburg Downtown

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hampton downtown Parkersburg. The room was very clean, the beds were comfy, my room had a mini fridge and microwave, the things I needed were provided, and the staff were superior. The breakfast provided each morning was also very good. I will staying there anytime I'm traveling in the area.

There wasn't a single thing I didnt like about my stay at Hampton Inn downtown Parkersburg, West Virginia.

Location is great! Amenities were also very nice pool and gym open 24 hrs. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Pets stay free and staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was included and good. Sad we could not have stayed longer. Thompson Dog Park close by which was also a plus!

Nothing it was a great place

The property was easy to find and was clean and safe for my short visit. I felt that the staff did a good job of ensuring the cleanliness of the room and lobby area for our safety. The room was comfortable and well laid out. Each room had a sticker on the door that was a visible indication that it had been cleaned for our safety. I liked that. Parking was convenient. And the morning breakfast options were good, considering that there was no longer a buffet. We had two grab-and-go options - a meal we could heat up in the microwave or a meal that did not need heating. And each option came with a bottle of water and fruit. Hot water was available as well. Also, since I like to keep fit, I used the exercise facility, which had a good selection of equipment for use. I took full advantage of it. Sanitizing wipes were readily available to wipe down the equipment and towels were stocked for our use as well.

There are really no complaints. I suppose I could have used a set of 8-lb hand weights to use since I could only use the 5- and 10-pound ones for my upper body strength training.

The breakfast was great , the only thing that got me was the lady whom was cooking literally would stand right behind me and my kiddos and started to clean even before we were could get out of her way. I appreciate the cleaning but it was like we were rushed .

The Breakfast was great and the location was easy and accessible to get around Parkersburg.

I did not like that there was not any security there to contact if we were having problems.

The staff, the room . We have stayed there before and we drove 9 hrs to stay this time.

They couldn't find my reservation, and they charged Me for a no show for the previous day. I had to change my original date for arrival. I did this on May 6th, I even had a confirmation email and number. I am suppose to have the no show charge removed from my card but it has not happened yet.

Great room, great staff, centrally located downtown, free wifi, and a good breakfast to start your day... indoor pool, gym, and an awesome view...

Of course price is a little high, but you're downtown, everything is right there... so I guess you pay for convenience...

The staff were exceptional - friendly and super helpful. The location is very central.

It's a little more expensive.

The facility was clean and even though they were fairly full it still remained quiet. The breakfast staff was very attentive and helpful. It made for a pleasant time.

great location around restaurants and shopping. very clean. super nice staff! comfortable bed, very happy to adjust room temperature ourselves. we like it cool. delicious breakfast.
