Clean room and nice staff. Room was comfortable.

Only complaints were I didn't get the correct room.. Was supposed to have the room with a balcony, but I didn't say anything because I assumed since the hotel was completely booked, I wouldn't have been able to get another. Was a little loud with all the events going on and the teenagers being loud at all hours of the night. Elevator was also slow.

Breakfast was very good! Loved the cook to order omelettes and pancakes. Liked having a separate sitting area from bedroom. Liked the water fountain and glass elevators.

Guests near us were smoking marijuana and the smell was very strong through sliding glass doors to balcony. Pillows were too soft. Would have liked a guest service flier with hotel info in room - amenities, hours, etc. Outside areas could be cleaner and landscaped Bette. Broken windows with boards covering were eyesore.

Breakfast was included like buffet style but they had nice gourmet hot food. The room was like a mini suite , very comfortable and private as well.

The only thing we didn’t like was we had no toilet tissue when we arrived in our room. We called and they said they were bringing it up and we waited hours before we actually got some toilet tissue.

They had free drink happy hour when we went for memorial, breakfast was good. Dog friendly and plenty of places to walk your animals uninterrupted. Really nice quiet neighborhood to get sound rest. Big room size. Great location far enough away from the city that you can get there or anywhere in about 15-20mins.

It needed updating. The doors were faulty to the pool room and elevators seemed a little rickety. Although our bed was soft you could tell it was broken because where your head would be was lower then our feet it was horribly noticeable. And we had to sleep with our feet to the head board. No bags for wet clothes or trash. That was weird.

I loved how big the room was. The hotel is very spacious as well. There is more than one elevator so you are not waiting a long time. Breakfast was amazing. The reception in the evening with drinks was a great touch as well.

I did not like that the bar and reception hour is closed on Thursday. I was not informed about that when I checked in. I also did not like how early breakfast was over. Breakfast ended at 9:30AM and not a minute later.

The property is very well kept, could use some replacing of the furniture, as there were a few stains on our couch, but I had a good time staying here. The staff were all incredibly friendly and very helpful. The location is perfect not right in town but not far from multiple locations like restaurants stores etc. and only 20 minutes from Cincinnati (give or take depending on traffic). The only down side was we were only able to swim once while we stayed. That however wasn’t the staffs fault, someone put soap of some sort in the pool and messed up the chemical balances. Anyways I would recommend this hotel and will be returning.

The price was decent. I also liked the spacial rooms this was my first stay at a hotel like this. The large lobby was good. The free made to order buffet breakfast was good for what it was and there was overall plenty of space to relax. Also was happy our room was placed in a fairly quiet area, five stars for that.

I don't like elevators and having no access to the stairs unless it's an emergency bothers me. Also it looked like work needed to be done in part of the lobby.

everything about the property was wonderful. The room was exceptionally nice. The bed was comfortable.

The staff at the front desk was rude. Acted like they didn’t want to deal with the tenants. There was no warning about the construction that was going on at the hotel.

The mattress pad on the pull out bed had stains on it, temperature of room was difficult to manage-too warm and ac did not cool down room

Staff was friendly and professional, facility is located by food and other entertainment(about a 5-10 min drive off of expressway), pool was ACTUALLY OPEN! (Have to reserve your time), atmosphere was lively(people in/out) but nice and quiet in rooms. The BED WAS EVERYTHING! If I ever come back I will stay here AGAIN and AGAIN!!!!

Bathrooms need updating- a little outdated (but they were super clean!!) Walls are kind of thin (can hear others showering or talking in AM)
