My grandson and I was totally impressed with our stay at the Sonesta ES Suites in Cincinnati. The room was designed so I had my bedroom/bathroom and so did my grandson and he was extremely happy to also have his own TV. It was great to have a kitchen with everything you would need, the living room was nice size, heard no noises outside, very comfortable beds. Breakfast had a good selection and the pool area was nice and relaxing for me, grandson had fun swimming. The whole property was very clean and rooms were one of the cleanest I have stayed in. Staff was all very friendly and helpful when I asked some questions. I will for sure return to this location when I need a place to stay while in Cincinnati and will research if other places I will travel to will have a hotel like this, I was that impressed!!😊

There was nothing I did not like.

I liked the location of the hotel. It was located within walking distance of restaurants and some of the attractions. The suite had all of the amenities that I would expect, including kitchen untensils.

What I didn't like was the lack of parking spaces in the garage. The spaces that are there were small and parking was very tight. I also didn't like that the desk clerk had to buzz you in and out of the garage. If the clerk stepped away for some reason, then you had to wait for their return.

Very very spacious! Loved the rooms. It was more than accommodating and had a lot of extra amenities. They thought of everything you would need to make your stay comfortable and convenient! Check-in staff were amazing. She gave great recommendations and was very welcoming.

The breakfast lady was kind of rude and annoyed. Made it really uncomfortable to explore the breakfast options. We did find 3 spiders in the room my daughter's were using. I think they were already doing pest control there so we didn't make a big deal.

Great room, great location and very comfortable bed. Nice sitting area. Felt like a home not a hotel room. Would definitely stay again if back in the area. Will recommend to friends and family that travel this way.

Person above us up all hours of night stepping heavily and guy in room across from us was loud, in and out shutting doors and smoking next to our door late at night talking loudly to his friend.

Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and reasonably priced. Breakfast included was very good with a decent variety that changed daily.

Our first night there was a little noisy with kids running up and down the hallways, and our room was very near the pool, which was super crowded (and noisy). But the pool was closed right on time and with that, came more quiet.

We liked the privacy of our own unit. No elevator so ask for ground floor if you can’t climb stairs.

Basketball right next to unit and games and thumping was loud. Also, they only give you one towel, one hand towel, one washcloth per person so you have to exchange your dirty ones for clean at the office. All the people who work there are friendly and helpful.

The room was clean, spacious and had everything we wanted (fridge and microwave). Also the continental breakfast was great.

Lugging all of our stuff up the stairs and back down two days later. Wouldn’t be so bad for a longer stay; will request a 1st floor room next time. Also, we didn’t need laundry services, snack machines, or the ice machine, but if we had, they were two buildings away.

Definitely the price for the room, we had a king bed suite which was like a studio apartment; full kitchen included. This was very valuable for our trip since going out to eat can get pricy sometimes. I truly appreciate the price considering I booked 4 days prior to stay!

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I asked the front desk to send me an email to join their Sonesta Travel Pass.

Loved the two bedrooms and kitchen area.

There was pet hair in the living room and one of the bedrooms. Apparently, the housekeeper did not vacuum well. Also, it would be nice to have a access to the bathroom without having to go thru the bedroom.

It was extremely clean. The staff, especially Alex was amazing and friendly.. The kitchen was fully equipped, and it was perfect for staying with teenagers.

I think this is the first time I can honestly say there wasn't something I didn't like
