Hyatt Place Cincinnati Blue Ash

Excellent staff, great breakfast and a wonderful room with great space. I will definitely be staying here again on future occasions.

There was an argument in the hallway between another guest and a delivery driver I believe. There was a lot of yelling, swearing and door slamming. I don’t believe this is at all the hotels fault, and when I called the front desk to report it was promptly addressed.

Breakfast was better than most but inconsistent in variety from day to day. One day sausage links were cold. French toast sticks were tough as shoe leather. No fruit most days. Yoghurt was sugared, I prefer Greek style plain. But overall it was good and certainly better than most.

The workers was nice and friendly. Help u anyway they could. Breakfast was the best hotel I've ever been to. It was also a lil guy worker there stay with a smile on his face can't remember his name but he really was nice and help me out from the start of my booking. I'll definitely will b back

I had no complaints. They always came threw for me and my family

The staff is extremely professional. They printed out paperwork I needed. The breakfast was great, plenty of fresh food everyone during the breakfast period.

They didn’t have a laundry room, but they were very helpful when it came to locating one.

I loved everything about my stay. Took my wife for her birthday, the staff was so nice and helpful the hallways smelled clean and fresh the room was comfortable and spacious. Will definitely be back next time we’re in Blue Ash

The shower head you can’t adjust it to a different height so water did get on the floor w/ every use

After reading terrible online reviews, we expected a dismal stay but were amazed to find a wonderful room, particularly because we were traveling with our cat. Our room exceeded our expectations in size, comfort, style, types and condition of furniture, carpeting, and cleanliness.

We were disappointed only by the long line at breakfast - the setup was insufficient for such a large crowd trying to get coffee and food at the same time, so we gave up. Although this couldn't be helped, the light, noise, and physical obstacles associated with the construction work in front of the hotel (and just outside our window) were bothersome.

The hot breakfast was one of the reasons that I chose this property and it did not disappoint. Everything on the breakfast bar was hot, fresh and tasty. Staff was exceptional. I would definitely stay here again.

Easy Access

Came down @ 9:00 for Breakfast as several other residents . Only a few food items remaining . We were told @ Check -in Breakfast began @ 6:30 , but did not remember complete hours . (Roommate thought it was 9:30 ). David tried hard to accommodate all of us , but no Coffee available . Was up by 7:30 but did not make Coffee in the Room or come down to get any . There was no Coffee in the Breakfast Area or any available. He was very pleasant & polite offering Expresso , but we did accept.

Everything. Very clean and comfortable. Staff was outstanding. Very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Just a great experience. Would definitely recommend and will stay here again.

I loved how friendly the staff were and how nice and clean and spacious the rooms were 11/10 stars 🤩 They really go out of their way to help you!!!

There is absolutely nothing that I disliked. Everyone was great. I did kinda want some biscuits and gravy but that's only preference 🙂
