The size of the rooms is amazing, which is why we booked this hotel. The front desk person when we checked in was very helpful in getting our group rooms next to each other.

Some of the gym equipment was not working, the pool was very cold, breakfast was below average and cold. Doors were broken and room keys wouldn't work. We've stayed at several Home2suites and been pleased. This one hasn't been kept up as nice and details have been overlooked.

friendly staff, super big suites, clean clean clean! I will only stay at home2suites from now on. great stay, great breakfast too!!! my whole family loved it there for our Cincinnati tour trip. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ all the way

my only complaint was the room door didn’t shut with out pushing hard on it to lock properly and there was a teen boys travel soccer team they were they got a little noisy after 1000pm management spoke with them and it stopped.

Hotel and room very clean. Nice amenities in the room: dishes, refrigerator, dishwasher. Bed was very comfortable.

We thought the pool was heated since it was indoors. Breakfast was good, but needs some variety when staying over a length of time. The same old breakfast gets boring, maybe switch out the sausage muffins for some bacon. Add bananas to the fruit, only thing available were apples.

Room was nice and comfortable. Front staff was very helpful and friendly.

The lamp next to the one bed was missing a lampshade and it was so bright we couldn’t turn it on. The toilet seat was worn and really should be replaced. The pool water was a bit cold. And I thought the breakfast was terrible. Coffee was weak, the waffle irons stuck and there was just not much worth eating.

Spacious and clean rooms with a comfortable bed. Friendly staff that were responsive to requests. Decent gym but some equipment was not working.

Would have liked more healthy choices for breakfast...more bananas, Greek yogurt... but otherwise was good.

Considering that hotels, beyond Embassy does not offer breakfast, what was presented/ provided was enough to get your day started. Appreciate. This facility compared to many other hotels visited since post-COVID (re-opening) This facility has been the BEST - Staffing, Cleanliness, Comfort(beds especially), Amenities and just a Beautiful facility!

The 11:00 check out but my misunderstanding. Not the usual 12:00 check out.

We were able to get a different room that was clean and had every thing we needed for our stay. Great large bed, larger shower , sitting area we were much happier with this room.

We checked in and the first room we arrived in appeared that someone was staying in the room . Bed was unmade, blanket was on the floor.. and the room had opened soda cans sitting in the table, food on counters . The air conditioner was on high and it was freezing in the room. We immediately left and went to front desk to get another room.

I liked the clean modern look. Great breakfast spread. Comfy beds.

I didn’t like that they had all but the main entrance doors locked or shut down for incoming traffic. So every time I went out to smoke I had to walk around to the front doors to get back in. Also one of the main reasons I picked this hotel was for the indoor pool but once we got there they told us the pool was closed for maintenance. My kids were very upset about that.

First, the location. very quiet and very safe area. well lit and access to many restaurants close by

The only thing is the bathroom door. heavy slider and the handle was missing. Considering everything else about the hotel, it seemed odd.

HAD WAFFLES AND OTHER ITEMS SUCH AS MUFFINS AND COFFEE. REALLY GOOD. WE WILL CONTINUE TO STAY THERE WHEN WE VISIT.

I STAY THERE QUITE OFFTEN. MY WIFE IS FROM BLUE ASH. BORN AND RAISED. I WAS A LITTLE CONCERED ABOUT THE HOLIDAY PRICING. ALTHOUGH ELISHA WAS VERY HELPFUL IN TRYING TO GET MY ROOM SLIGHTLY CHEAPER. SHE WAS GREAT!!! WE WILL CONTINUE TO VISIT, BUT MAY NOT STAY DURING HOLIDAYS. I UNDERSTAND THINGS COST MORE NOW.
