Location was OK as long as you had a car to get around. Location was just off Interstate 75 and was easy to get into Cincinnati downtown to get to the beautiful Cincinnati Museum. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the window shade/curtain. Large nice TV, plenty of electrical connections that were easy to access. Fast, large elevator. Workers on site everywhere taking care with their jobs. Large number of snacks to purchase, breakfast was provided. No microwave if you need that, but there was a small refrigerator and very handy ice machine in the hallway wall.

Unfortunately, the construction of the building should have used better measures regarding sound, seemed to be easier to hear noises from other rooms and the hallway than I have noticed in other hotels - but this did not disrupt my sleep.

Bright beautiful colors and loved the simplicity of the room. The window shade was gorgeous and practical. Sleek modern design with no carpet flooring! Night staff woman was wonderful and kind. TV was huge and beds were comfortable.

The soap dispensers were neat at first look but very difficult to work. You have to squeeze a hard plastic vertical tube to release the soap. I have carpal tunnel and found it quite painful to use. My husband, who has strong hands, was frustrated as you either got too much or too little. It is a neat concept, but I don't think it was thought through very well..

It's a nice hotel with lots of cute/different amenities (pool table and hanging chairs for photo ops). The rooms are of a nice size for a short stay and the bathrooms are quite modern. It's pet (yay!) and family friendly.

It was located in a convenient but odd location of mid sized hotels, residential and commercial properties. Very thin walls! It seems to cater to a young adult crowd based on the number of influencer type twenty something year olds taking pictures. The room was quite nice and stylish, but the lighting was odd/moody. The mattresses were very uncomfortable. I compared it against a different Hilton property in Chicago that I stayed at in January 2023 (Hilton Suites Magnificent Mile), and those mattresses were so nice and extremely comfortable; it felt luxurious. So it's my error in not matching the hotel with what we needed.

This hotel was wonderful! Fully stocked breakfast. The hotel was clean and comfortable. We liked the updated decor and the location was nice and set back from the business of the street yet close to anything you would need.

We were called to confirm our booking. Of course, we were coming, we had paid. We were at a Reds game, so we would be in later in the evening. We didn't think that call was necessary. From then until we arrived in person, we were worried that they were going to give our room away. We've never had a hotel contact us and ask us if we were still coming. Especially when it was so early in the evening. It was just weird.

This place was Great for our quick trip. LOCATION IS AMAZING. The hotel was clean, the check in staff was Nice. We enjoyed the gym and pool. Its a Waffle House near that was clean we love Waffle House. The view from our room was Good. The water was Hot ( Love it ). It was a small odor in the room but I travel with plug ins so I fixed that issue quick quick. Will visit again when traveling back to Cincinnati.

Hotel was very modern with great design and colors. Breakfast was decent with pancakes, sausage, and eggs, with some bread and cereal. Lobby had multiple amenities including free coffee, board games, and a pool table. Beds were on the pretty firm side, still comfortable though. Room was small, but just big enough for everything we needed.

Room noise was an issue - for 2/3 days the room above us had some kids constantly running around or someone making noise keeping us up for around 30 minutes. Happened in the morning as well.

It was fun to see, “welcome Stacy” on the TV screen. It made me laugh. I find most pillows in hotels terrible, look fluffy but flatten out when you put your head on them. The Sharonville pillows were much better. The hostess was very sweet. The whole place was very clean. I loved the common area decor, the colors and wall mural were fun and a celebration of Cincinnati. I would stay here again if I needed to.

I liked everything. Not one thing was unpleasant!

The lobby was fantastic with lots of seating both inside and out, games available for playing, and even a pool table. The hotel was attractively decorated, modern, and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The indoor pool was fine. The breakfast was wonderful!

The room was small compared to most other hotels I've stayed at, with only a narrow desk and chair and no room for much else but the beds. There wasn't an in-room coffeemaker, and the breakfast hours were shorter than at other hotels.

The facility is very clean and inviting

The check in staff member was not very welcoming. She seemed more annoyed. She handed me our keycard and didn’t say a word. We assumed she was still checking us in. After awkwardly standing there she says “you’re checked in”. She never told us a room number, directed us toward elevators etc. Same staff seemed very annoyed with us when using the lobby hang out area. We are a dance team and had several kids with us. At 830 she asked our kids to quiet down because they were laughing too loud. Signs all over suggest 10pm for quiet times. And lobby seating suggests it is available to gather, so it was upsetting to our children.

Breakfast was good (loved the egg frittatas) and the dining area had a variety of comfortable chairs and tables and nooks in which to eat. The coffee was great and super hot. The room was spotless and had great lighting. I like that they use large dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc. to save on single-use plastic bottles. There are lots of hooks and storage in the room. All of the front desk staff were friendly. The hotel is just off of I75 so the location is good if you’re just passing through. There are nearby places to eat (5 min drive).

Other rude patrons who were very noisy in the hallway at different times throughout the night.
