This site is the go-to mid-point site for East TN area and we use it every year en route to a family reunion. GREAT breakfast (clean, well-appointed), GREAT pool (needed towels in the early am though), GREAT staff, very comfy. Overall the best kept secret on the way to final destination ever! Pick it over and over and over again for Cinci area and beyond.

All was good but I tried to do a 8am swim for exercise and no towels. Did it anyway, but had to try to dry off on my own before going up to room to get ready to check out. No biggie, just sharing.

The bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find for someone like me. The room is a nice size & was clean. The restroom was clean. The staff was very courteous in helping us with any questions we had.

The hallway had a stench, I didn't like the smell. The afternoon & night time there was pretty peaceful but the construction work (drilling) going on right outside the building, during the morning time, was just a little annoying. I think it was more toward late morning though, not early & I know it obviously couldn't be helped.

the staff that worked the breakfast area was really nice, friendly, and helpful. the small suite was nice, but they should put a shade on that door that seperartes the beds from living room because the glass door lets a lot of light into the bedroom.

the front desk manager was not very friendly. there wasn't enough towels for the five of us - only 3 were given. no sheets or blankets for the fold out couch/bed. no second roll of toilet paper in bathroom. our reservation was for 5, so they should have known that we would need all of the above

The location was decent. It was quiet. It was clean. The check-in and check-out was fast. I liked that I could come and go at any hour and there was no issue. The location was close to family.

The toilet was very low and I have bad knees. The sleeper sofa was a twin size. The cleaning staff would not give us replacement towels and wash cloths and trash bags, but the front desk brought us some.

Clean and spacious. They are pet friendly and that was important to us. Nice and quiet at night. We’ve stayed here before.

The only problem we had was with the toilet. It flushed very slowly and looked like it was going to overflow at one point.

The room was very comfortable and staff was helpful.

The website should have something on it to indicate that the pool isn't open and that the breakfast isn't a hot breakfast due to COVID. I brought my boys to Cincinnati for a basketball camp and they were quite disappointed at the pool being closed. I would have found a different hotel if I had known that. Since we were there multiple days, I didn't expect housekeeping to come in the room each day. But my trash cans were full by the third day and so I emptied them myself and used WalMart bags. Not a huge deal. But after a couple of days, someone should check towels and trash.

Very nice clean room, super comfortable bed & pillows, great price, and my dog was free. Exactly what we wanted, just needed to spend one night at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Well, I didn’t come for the breakfast but it was included and not a lot to be said for it, basic simple stuff and was fresh. It was included in the room so really can’t complain. I will say this however, really good fresh coffee and available at any time too.

Was very convenient to the people,places, and reason for my visit!

Nothing I didn’t like. the shower could of been cleaned a little better. and more pillows would be good(I didn’t ask for more either so no issues) and had a king size bed. staff was beyond super nice and helpful.

Good location & nice pool.

The parking lot was full of trash. 1 morning they weren't prepared for the crowd @ breakfast so we went out.

Room was very nice, very nice lobby and hotel room. Staff was great as well!

When pulling in the outside grass was knee high and was all fenced around the hotel so was worried at first. Hallway on the 2nd floor had a funk to it so was worried as well before walking into my room.
