Breakfast was nice. Our room was affordable and nice . Bed was comfy .

Pool was out the entire weekend. Would’ve been nice to have known prior to booking. Had 5 kids with us. They were heartbroken Also the wifi cut out every 3 mins. It was horrible. The staff stated wifi was only good for the first floor… there was only one trash can in our 2 suite room. 1 trash bag. 1 coffee cup. No sheets or blankets for pull out bed. Nice man at front desk provided us with more.

The hotel was very modern & clean!! My room was very nice & clean!! The pool area was spacious & great! Plenty of free parking!!!

Do Not Disturb signs were not in the room. I got one from the front desk, because I don’t like to have my room cleaned before 10:30am. I left my room at 10:40am Saturday and removed the Do Not Disturb sign from my door. I got back to my room at 6pm & it hadn’t been cleaned. I was checking out the next day, so I let it go.

This site is the go-to mid-point site for East TN area and we use it every year en route to a family reunion. GREAT breakfast (clean, well-appointed), GREAT pool (needed towels in the early am though), GREAT staff, very comfy. Overall the best kept secret on the way to final destination ever! Pick it over and over and over again for Cinci area and beyond.

All was good but I tried to do a 8am swim for exercise and no towels. Did it anyway, but had to try to dry off on my own before going up to room to get ready to check out. No biggie, just sharing.

Aaron was exceptional & delightful. He treated us kindly with humour & respect. Sherry Lynn the next morning was pleasant & professional.

We asked to be moved from our room 215 because of the noise from the adjoining room including what sounded like a large dog barking plus the unpleasant cooking smells. Aaron exceeded our expectations with upgraded room on the quiet fresh third floor. Very impressed with him.

The bed was very comfortable, which is hard to find for someone like me. The room is a nice size & was clean. The restroom was clean. The staff was very courteous in helping us with any questions we had.

The hallway had a stench, I didn't like the smell. The afternoon & night time there was pretty peaceful but the construction work (drilling) going on right outside the building, during the morning time, was just a little annoying. I think it was more toward late morning though, not early & I know it obviously couldn't be helped.

The guy that checked us in was super awesome it was late and we had a long drive there so it was refreshing to see a friendly face and have a laugh.

Sadly the pool was broken I suggest a big trash can for the bigger kitchen two small can is not enough

The location was decent. It was quiet. It was clean. The check-in and check-out was fast. I liked that I could come and go at any hour and there was no issue. The location was close to family.

The toilet was very low and I have bad knees. The sleeper sofa was a twin size. The cleaning staff would not give us replacement towels and wash cloths and trash bags, but the front desk brought us some.

the staff that worked the breakfast area was really nice, friendly, and helpful. the small suite was nice, but they should put a shade on that door that seperartes the beds from living room because the glass door lets a lot of light into the bedroom.

the front desk manager was not very friendly. there wasn't enough towels for the five of us - only 3 were given. no sheets or blankets for the fold out couch/bed. no second roll of toilet paper in bathroom. our reservation was for 5, so they should have known that we would need all of the above

The property was great. The morning host for breakfast was phenomenal. She was always smiling and making sure everyone was satisfied.

The only complaint was the lack of towels in pool area. It was 4th of July week though.

Easily accessible

We were going to swim on Saturday night and my 17 year old made it down before I did. He was scorned by the man sitting on his computer playing games instead of behind the desk that the pool was closed. We had went down Friday night without any problems and was looking forward to a good swim after a long cold day.
