The staff was excellent!! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food (and variety of it!) was better than any hotel I have stayed at before. I had never stayed anywhere that had a "kickback" either and it was certainly appreciated. The popcorn in the afternoon was a nice touch as well. Everything was clean, the shower head was awesome, and the pillows were amazing!! We ended up extending our stay an extra night! The pack-n-play for our 15 month old was a nice bonus!

My only complaint (if you can even consider it one) would be that there was no fan in the bathroom.

Breakfast and location were perfect for us. Dinner was also top notch. Our room was clean and location was perfect. We were in town for cheer and it was close to everything we needed. The staff was accommodating and friendly. They all get two thumbs up especially all working the dinner and bar It was busy(really busy) kids everywhere and they were on top of things. A+. Thank you!

I can usually find something I feel could have been better but you all were great! ( ok I could have used another drink ticket or two- I mean there were LOTS of kids including the ones with me!

Perfect location, accessible right off I-75. Clean rooms, a choice of picking a room on the top floor, and a good free breakfast, and a free evening gathering with food and drinks.

Not much. There was no room cleaning service, so I emptied my on trash, and got new towels from the maids who cleaned vacated rooms. But, I'm glad I didn't have someone knocking on the door every day and disturbing me.

Drury is always a great ace to stay. I always begin my search when traveling looking to see if Drury is a nearby option. This li action did not disappoint. Staff was very friendly dly and welcoming. Offered the usual popcorn in lobby till 8 PM. Breakfast had LOTS of options s and everything was hot and fresh. Room was clean, large, and comfortable for the three of us.

Only think we weren't impressed with was a large hole in the shear curtain at the window in room 523. Should be noticed and replaced by staff.

The dinner and breakfast included were a big surprise! Both meals had large varieties and VERY GOOD! The picky kid we have really loved the waffles! Added bonus for the complimentary dinner cocktails! Room was very clean, entire floor was very quiet, but there were plenty of other guests! Pool and hot tub were in great working condition. Parking was easy, and in a good location. Staff was incredibly friendly anytime we passed their way. Our first of MANY, MANY more visits to come.

I'm just being picky here because everything else was so great... fountain drinks are coca-cola products; yall could have had Pepsi products. Haha! And there's only one elevator in the whole place BUT.. made me feel a little safer, too.

Loved the super comfy beds. Very clean and neat. We liked the free breakfast and dinner options. 3 free adult beverages per night was awesome too.

Dont know his name but it was a white male bartender.... he needs more training on the mixed drinks... a few of them wasn't consumable. The dinner could have more tables and seating. The amount of people overwhelmed the capacity. Also the time period was 530pm to 7pm for dinner and drinks so they could lengthen the time to cut down on such a big crowd all at once.

I loved the size of the room, free breakfast and dinner and the convenient location. I like that the hotel is clean, well maintained and quiet. Our room was hot and the staff was quick to get us a box fan.

That the room air doesn’t come on until you come in and it was so hot! It took forever for the temp to feel better. The pool is small, a lot smaller than what pics show. Once you get a family of 5 in then one side is full and the hot tub looked dirty. Families were in the hot tub with drinks and some people had food in the pool area. I would like to see a few more options at dinner time.

bed was soft - pullout awful - I had requested two queen beds with handicapped accommodations. I received an email that this request would be honored however when I got there, I was told there was no such rooms available. The girl at the desk did get us a king suite with a pullout that had the needed bars and she did get us a shower chair. I was traveling for my daughter in law’s baby shower and I did not want to spend the weekend on a pullout yet that was my only option… not happy! I was told those responses went out automatically and they didn’t check the room request till that morning!

We love this Drury Inn and Suites. Although we have stayed at many Drury Inns, we feel this one is our favourite. The concierge staff are the best. They are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are lovely and comfortable. We always know we are coming to a wonderful hotel. The meal provided at night and the breakfast in the morning are super.

No issues at all

the staff is amazing. everyone was in a good mood and always greet us and make sure that everything was great. managers and front desk was beyond amazing. everything was clean. definitely they do a great job. food was amazing and everything was super organize.

the pool was a little dirty and cloudy. otherwise everything else was amazing as always
