The rooms are roomy and clean. I love the wood burning fireplace. And majority of the staff are great with a few exceptions.

I didn't like the fact that the front desk clerk(Larry), did not follow the early booking request, then tell me that the hotel is overbooked after putting me on the first floor as well as giving me an handicap room. I was able to get the room on the upper floor during checkin. They had over 20 available rooms. I don't like the fact that the other clerk lied and did nothing in regard to upper floor request with extra towels..

I love to stay in this hotel while I’m in Cincinnati. Clean and comfortable rooms and property, kitchen with everything you need, very comfortable beds and great staff. Quite location close to highway so it’s quick to get anywhere.

Breakfast was okay for a continental breakfast. Liked the location because it's not in an extremely busy area during weekends, close to freeways, restaurants and shopping.

Just a few more items for breakfast, i.e. juice for non-coffee drinkers, fruit.

I loved how clean the room was and how friendly the staff was. It is in a great location. I will definitly stay the next time i come.

There was nothing bad that I can say about the property.

what I liked about my property is that it looked like home and had house hold appliance to make the stay convenient and cheap

what I didn’t like about the stay is we had to supply ourselves our own logs for the fireplace that was paid for in the beginning

The staff followed through in providing extra bedding, and clean towels for the next day.

The breakfast equipment was down, options were few, and mostly not replenished. The swimming pool area ran out of towels.

The room was clean and spacious.

The bathtub did not drain properly. Several of the hotel staff could not keep there eyes off my 12 year old Grandaughter. Very inappropriate my Grandaughter was so uncomfortable. This is what will keep us from going back.

Perfect location close to freeway! The lobby was very clean and welcoming.

Absolutely no complaints! The facility and staff were great!

Decor. The comfort of the bed. Carpet was nice and the bathroom and vanity were wonderful. Love the sliding glass door as well.

Couch wasn't very comfortable but it was stylish
