We loved the location for the closeness to Schottenstein. The lobby is beautiful and the staff super friendly. Our room was nice and clean. There was a stain on the carpet that looked like a previous guest may have spilled coffee, but we made sure the front desk knew it was there before our stay. Only complaint is that the toilets are WAY TOO LOW to the ground. Being tall, and having bad knees that was a very uncomfortable height for both of us.

Location great, breakfast was a little skimpy. But the lady who ran the restaurant/bar over the weekend we were there, mornings and evenings, was terrific. Great attitude even though she was pretty overworked. We went to the bar in the evenings and had some great conversations with some of the other guests.

Breakfasts could have been a bit stouter and there was no buffet. The burger I got for dinner one evening was very good.

staff was excellent for the entire stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved the numerous receptacles for charging electronics. The coffee station was kept full and free water was available. The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was quite good.

Not directly associated with the property but the hotel tax rate was very high.

Entire place (incl. room) was very clean and well kept. staff was helpful and friendly. Perfect location for activities in the area.

The only negatives that I would mention are the mattresses could be a bit more comfortable. Also, the pool room was plenty warm but the water itself was a bit colder that I would like.

This is the second year I've stayed at this hotel and it is perfect for my needs. I really like the evening bar/dinner availability. The food is better than the restaurants in the area. Nice indoor pool and exercise room.

I wish dinner was available on Sunday evenings. Pool water was cold!

Loved the comfort of the room. Didn't get up.early enough to have breakfast. Did have a cup of coffee. Was there because my Daughter will be going to OSU. Very close from the hotel

Some of neighbors (Motel 6) and empty businesses in front leads to criminal activity. 2 windows on other customers cars were broken over night.

Nothing to complain about. Staff was wonderful and helpful Facility was clean and convenient. Parking was a breeze and breakfast was hot and delicious.

Should have included exhaust fans in bathroom- takes long time for humidity and moisture to dissipate after people shower.

The location is very central to our reason for travel and we could get to anywhere we wanted within 20 mins. The breakfast cold and hot bar were nice. The staff was exceptional!

The bathroom in my room 223 had a strong chemical odor. The connection tubing at the back bottom of the toilet was corroded and leaked onto the floor. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling. Lastly, the water in the gym area came out very slowly and had a strong chemical taste.
