The entire place was so clean. The housekeeping staff and front desk staff were all so professional and friendly. The beds and pillows were so comfortable and fluffy. There are dove bath and body products in the bathroom. Wi-Fi was great and reliable. The pool area is taken care of several times throughout the day. Utensils and plates are always available if you're eating at the hotel. Breakfast was pretty standard. Seating is really nice. Aesthetic and decor is very modern and pretty.

Pool hours lol. One of the elevators started making a grinding noise on the second day.

Little out date could use some upgrades & repair

Hotel was very clean, up-to-date and very affordable.

I am an IHG rewards member and the Manager on duty said that we could not get our rewards because we booked through booking.com. This makes no sense, I chose your establishment over others because I am a rewards member. Booking.com does not ask me they give me many options to choose from, but once again, I chose your establishment, an IHG Hotel. I feel like I should get credit for the stay. The Manager on duty was very abrupt when asked about this policy, with little to no explanation as to why.

I like the continental breakfast, the pool and the hot tub. The rooms were good and comfortable.

I didn’t like that they closed off one side of the parking lot, where I had to constantly turn my vehicle around and drive all the way around just to get in the parking lot to park and get to my room. The rooms needed a little bit more updating along with the hotel. There was half painted walls in the bathroom. The bathroom was missing the shampoo and conditioner dispensers. The neighborhood was a little sketchy.

The room was very large and comfortable. Updated pretty well. The pool was a little dirty but that is probably expected sometimes. I did the double queen suite 2 rooms. The key card is the biggest issue as it kept deactivating a few times. I'd stay again it was welcoming.

I mean it is an express holiday inn. Nothing really bad to say they seem to know what they're doing and the guy upfront seems to go above and beyond to want you back.

Overall, everything was good, including the breakfast. The software on this questionaire does not recognize my rating of 8.

In order to reuse towels, it would have been easier with a couple of towel racks in the bathroom so towels could dry. Throwing them over the shower curtain rod is inconvenient for the next guest wanting to use the shower.

Fantastic place to stay. Super clean, very friendly staff. There were plenty of places to eat around the hotel and it was easy to get to plenty of places around the hotel. Downtown was within a short driving distance as well as the zoo. Definitely recommend.

The only issue was that they were updating some of the rooms and our room slightly smelled like paint at first. Certainly not enough to bother us or ask for another room!

It was a great place to celebrate my girlfriend's 55th birthday. The room was clean and big. The jacuzzi was a nice touch. The fact that you did not have to pay for parking was a plus. Check in was so easy. And the location was great. The breakfast was good as well.

No complaints for me. Will stay there again.

Hotel seemed to be under remodel. It’s going to look great!! I just wish I had known before booking. The hotel was VERY busy and there was only 1 elevator and several times we had to wait more than 5 minutes and then it would be full and another. Also, no big deal to me, but my 5 year old grandson was disappointed about there not being any cinnamon rolls at breakfast.

The breakfast was quite good! The eggs were perfectly cooked. The chicken sausage were amazing! The selection was great. The coffee was FANTASTIC and HOT!!!! And the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

Our plan was to use the sofa bed as an actual bed, but there was no bedding in the room for it and it was too late (midnight) to phone and ask for sheets and a blanket because we were exhausted after driving for 8 hours. Two of us had to share a bed which was okay, just not ideal. The sofabed area, however, was quite spacious. Also we were advised by room neighbours that one of them was stuck in the elevator for approximately 20 minutes with about 7 other people in it. I took the stairs after that.
