Very comfortable bed, friendly staff. Well appointed room.

They were not serving breakfast but we didn't know that when we booked. After check in the desk clerk informed us of a 100$ non refundable deposit (which does not classify as a deposit then) for our pet. They did waive this fee for my husband's service dog but it was not a happy surprise. Dayton was tough on us. We couldn't find food for 3 hours and were treated poorly by nearby businesses so we went without food for 23 hours since they were also not serving breakfast at the hotel and we had not eaten since 7am on the road. We also had a loud Harley bike rider riding in the parking lot for 2 hours between 1 and 3am so sleep was interrupted a lot.

Hands down the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. The lady that checked me in was so welcoming and kind that I could have been sleeping in a shack and I wouldn’t have cared. The next morning the lady that checked me out was just as nice. I believe that it is the people that make a business good and this staff was superb. I will be back.

Parking was close. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Huge tv...bigger than mine😂😂. NICE PILLOWS!!! Balcony with a window. Excellent coffee every morning, free from the Bistro.

Shower floor could have been a little cleaner. Very slippery! I was fine with our stay here.

Friday night was good they had the bar open and friendly and helpful staff!

Saturday, bar was not open, kinda a bummer. After I left Sunday and got home 3hrs away realized I left a prescription of medicine in my room and know it's gone. Cannot travel back there due to work.

Very clean and modern room. The staff was excellent.

The price is high but considering the king size bed, free wifi, room service, bistro bar, kitchen area is open 24hrs, weight room it's not too bad. No jacuzzi and no pool but honestly if you don't have kids this is a great place to stay.

we reached late night, the front desk was help full, they gave us extra towels upon request at night

deep cleaning was needed,the rooms were new and modern but it could use some deep cleaning, there was stuff behind the tv console that was not vaccumed

The check in was quick and welcoming. Check out was the same way. The staff are super nice and hospitable. I had a king room, the bed was so comfy. Plenty of places to charge electronics. The TV was nice. They had the air at a comfortable 68 degrees, it was very nice walking into a comfy, cool room verses a stuffy, stale room. I slept so well.

the breakfast was delicious and the room was very clean the staff was exceptional. i have absolutely no complaints at all.

the only that could have been better is if there were an informational packet on local restaurants , etc.

Had to work over at the airport late night/early morning. Desk staff let me have a late checkout time for the next day. Was very understanding and it was very much appreciated. Kudos to the staff!

Still no breakfast bar due to current pandemic rules. There actually was a food pantry in the lobby but I didn't have time to take advantage of it. Gym and pool shut down but again due to current pandemic rules.

Breakfast not much, given I had to pay for it.

No Free Breakfast given the room rate. Also I didn't know when booking the room I was in "Bookings" and charged me `$15 for cancellation to move the reservation one night.
