The free breakfast was great! We had a lot to choose from and the lady that was there was very nice and helpful. She would even take our empty plates and throw them away for us when we where finished eating. Anything that we needed all we had to do was ask and they helped right away. I would stay here again anytime and let anyone else know that this is a great place to stay.

Well the only thing we didn't like was the toilet in the restroom. It wouldn't flush good. We had to flush it and wait for it to stop running and then flush it again for it to get the toilet paper and other things down the toilet. The second flush had more power to flush things down but you had to flush it that way or it would not go down. We didn't tell anyone so that was our fault but not sure that they could have fixed it.

Check-in was handled very efficiently - no wait. Bonnie, the breakfast server, was exceptionally friendly and helpful. She is quite charming and keeps things moving, yet makes time to visit.

The curtain in room 111 needs some adjusting. not a big deal to us, but it doesn't give a good impression upon entry.

Comfy beds. Great breakfast

We stayed 3 nights. Out first two nights were perfect, no complaints. Bed was comfy, hotel was quiet , breakfast was great. Unfortunately, our last night was not so quiet and none of us were able to sleep. I did call the service desk at 1 am when the noise was still active. Running in the halls, loud music, thumping on doors. The female who answered did not seem too concerned and the noise continued. I understand people can have fun but also be respectful to those around them attempting to sleep for a very important day.

Just a bit off I75 exit so more quiet, appreciated being out of the congestion. Friendly staff. Very nice breakfast selection. Comfortable beds. Were just passing thru but if we find ourselves in need of a hotel in this area definitely would stay again.

The location was great the rooms were clean and breakfast was hot and very good. There are several nearby restaurants including an excellent texmex and Korean chicken.

The lady that prepared and worked the breakfast area was fantastic. Very friendly and professional every morning. A very fine representative for the hotel.

breakfast was great. a good selection of things to eat. Bonnie was awesome also. even if you were a little past the stop time she would make sure you got something. The building was also very quiet.

it was unfortunate that the pool was closed. That is about the only bad thing about my stay.

The breakfast was always ready and on time. I generally don't eat breakfast it was good to be able to get some fruit and coffee and go. I wish I could remember the lady's name....SHE WAS AWESOME. Always willing to help and get you set for the day.

Only thing I can think of is the driveway. You pass the main entrance to get in and then you have to double back to get to the front door. Since I was there for a few days I worked out how to get around the sharp right turn.

Some of the carpet could use some attention especially in front of elevators on 2nd floor

most everything especially room to park our camper over the weekend.

1) toilet not flushing properly - we had to manually flush it inside the tank each time. 2) policy for no housekeeping services over the weekend.
