The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us privacy and brought us fresh towels and changed our bins every day at around 9-10am, but you have to ask for toiletries when they come, I forgot to ask for tp but had some stashed for our camp trip. There was a fridge and microwave in our room, which they mentioned came in all their rooms. Bed was comfy and lots of protective layers. Room came with a few basic toiletries. Lots of storage drawers and tables, a movable chair. Air conditioner was nice. NO BUGS AT ALL-was very relieved. Late checkout is noon. Early check in is 1-2 pm. They have a coffee bar and supposedly complimentary breakfast but did not try this amenity out.

2 floors and hallway is NOT air-conditioned. Lots of stains on sheets and towels but smelled clean of bleach. Interesting stains on walls-especially interesting when above head height. Sheets didn't fit all that well on beds. Tap water smelled clean but drain smelled horrible, not sure if it was because toilet waste drain and sink drain are connected but it smelled like...well you know. Would not recommend drinking tap water at this hotel but shower was decent and clean.

SECURITY l. When we arrived, there was a violent situation in the parking lot. It was obvious this “family” had been on the property for many hours -their belongings were scattered across the area. I immediately said something to the front desk. The attendant said something about “we asked them to leave but they wouldn’t go.” These folks were hitting each other, chasing each other, and yelling foul language. The police should have been called from the get-go!!! My friend and I remained nervous throughout our stay because of what we had seen.

The lady at the front desk was SUPER sweet and helpful. Room was very clean and we had access to multiple restaurants and stores within just five minutes.

The people in the next room were so loud and obnoxious. Had me up all throughout the night. But this obviously wasn’t the fault of staff.

my key card would stop being paired almost every since day. the hallways had clearly not been vacuumed in weeks, and there was a pungent order from cooking that over whelmed the entire hotel also they need to have the hallways air conditioned because I felt like I was going to pass out walking up the stairs

we are tournament fishermen and go early to the lake. 6.30 is too late for us. Fresh coffee would have been nice. liked the first floor smoking room. We are both handicapped. It was easy to plug in our boat for recharging.

The distance between the hotel and my event was very good. The staff were very pleasant and welcoming. There were smoking rooms I was able to keep an eye on my car out the window during my stay

The shower head was not the greatest. Other than that, I really have no complaints.

Nice, helpful staff. I had a problem with the TV, he was quick to fix it. Very apologetic.

The breakfast was very bad. Nothing really other than coffee, juice, muffins.

I am a no fuss kind of woman, and this met that perfectly- clean, quiet and comfortable with no fuss.

Considering the price, the breakfast was fine, but adding yogurt to the continental breakfast would be appreciated. But, maybe it goes unused at your location.

I Have stayed here many times it is clean and comfortable within driving distance of all I do. Went down this year for my 50th class reunion. And to see some family.

Gentlemen who was there in the morning, either owner or manager was very friendly and we had a very nice conversation during breakfast.

Just continental breakfast but they had a letter as to why , so that was nice.
