The room was a good size, clean, and the bed was comfortable. Noise from the highway was not an issue. There was a good selection at breakfast, however many of the items were gone when I came to eat at 9:30am (eggs, yogurt, oatmeal). There was only one person working and she was rushing to keep up. She was very polite and helpful and did her best to refill things but I missed having the full selection.

Some of the furniture in the rooms was worn and the elevator was dirty.

Room was clean and spacious. We had a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and blow dryer, which makes it very convenient. Bed was very comfortable and the pool was open. They even had a little rubber ducky on the tub for kids. I thought that was a nice touch. Makeup remover towelette, little shampoo, conditioner, lotion and bath soap bottles. I like that they had so many little amenities in case you forgot something, which of course we always do..lol

The only thing I didn't like, was that breakfast was so early, that we missed it.

The room was very clean, the breakfast was hot and plentiful. The office staff and cleaning staff were very nice and helpful. It is close to some good restaurants and the freeway to local action.

The elevator kept going out. We got stuck once and I was not happy with that since I am claustrophobic. The fire alarm went off in the early morning of our second day. No fire was found. I smelled interesting smells in the hallway. They should definitely get rid of the carpet.

The location was perfect for my purpose. I had a meeting on Saturday AM. I was able to get to the meeting in 25 minutes. The breakfast fine. The food was good although the fruit was less than stellar.

The value was not what I bargained for online. I will not book online again. The cost per night was over the posted price advertised by $50.00 per night. The come on price seemed fine but ended up much higher.

The man who checked me in was great! He was very welcoming and very friendly. The room had a lot of nice things in it including a fridge and microwave which was beyond what I was expecting. The location was so close to all of the food places so when we got hungry, we were minutes away.

There really was not anything that I did not like about my stay!

I only used the shower gel, but the containers of products in the shower was a nice touch. Haven't seen that before.

The reception desk area is weird. The staff is behind this glass area, and you can hardly see them. They look like they're sitting in a hole. I could only see the top of their heads. Weird set up.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Property was a little outdated (decor) but neat, clean. Breakfast was great, the gal working kept food stocked and areas clean!

We were on first floor and it was noisey! Lots of slamming doors, maids vacuuming in the moring. Also, the outside door to the right side of the property did not lock which was a safety/security concern.

Shower was broken and head of maintenance came up to fix immediately and fixed it quickly. We were thankful not to have to move rooms because we were in town for a family funeral.

It was super clean. Staff always welcomed us when we entered & told us to have a good day when leaving. Staff greeted us with ‘good morning’ as we ate our breakfast. We loved that breakfast was something different each day. Staff even moved us to the first floor since the elevator wasn’t working (I didn’t ask, they offered to move the room). Definitely rate a 10 for exceptional service!

Husband thought the bed was a little lumpy on his side, but I thought the bed was okay.

Excellent location, closed to lots of restaurants and shopping stores, but what we like the most is that it was only 2 minutes away from our families! Breakfast was excellent with variety of options to eat! We are definitely keeping this hotel in our next travel stay!
