Breakfast was anemic. HOWEVER, the staff, room, location and facilities were all excellent. Several restaurants within walking distance. Quiet. Comfortable.

While the hotel does not allow smoking inside, i was still greatly bothered by people smoking right outdoors in their cars or out in the open. it meant opening my room windows was impossible as the smoke would invariably make its way in. Someone also smoked in the hall outside my room door while opening the window to 'let the smoke out'. IF you are sensitive (Im allergic) request a room away from the rear of the building.

Very nice, large rooms with a full kitchen. The proprietor was very pleasant and eager to help make our stay comfortable. An easy drive to the Toledo Zoo, which was our destination. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Since this is designed for an extended stay, you need to determine what supplies you’ll be needing and request them from the front desk. I was surprised to find that a coffee pot and hair dryer weren’t standard in the room. Next time I’ll know ahead of time. Also the breakfast isn’t much, but there is a Cracker Barrel in walking distance.

Location was great. Price was very good. Hotel was quiet. William who checked me in was very good. He made sure I had everything I needed. And I forgot something in room after I checked out and called me couple minutes later. Much appreciated

Hotel could use little updating in terms of appliances in room and have few plates,knives,etc in room

The unit was clean, most of all, I was able to sleep, quiet location with quiet guests on both sides. This was the most important

The sheets are not hotel Cotton. They are so thin you can almost see through them. The towels are visibly old and worn, not upgraded, there was no blanket or duvet only a sheet like cover — there was no liquid hand soap, lotion or conditioner which other Extended Stay properties offer - and it is now preferred during Covid-19 not to have to touch a soap bar - for the price I paid I expected a step above what was offered - also at other properties - grab and go breakfast is real milk, good cereal, real jam, real honey, real tea, herbal tea, yogurt, waffles, real butter…I over paid for this reservation but a real grab and go with quality offerings would have made it more amenable. I loved the staff and that the place was quiet.

The breakfast was not really a "breakfast"...just coffee, oatmeal...no eggs, gravy, sausages, pancakes, waffles , fresh fruit, etc. The eating area vey small and not very comfortable. Sorry, this is the only thing with didn't like!!

A bigger breakfast area and a really breakfast!! The kitchen was very nice but no dishes, pots and pans or a coffee maker.

Perfect location. I had access to all freeways to get to any part of town that I needed to quickly and restaurants and stores for anything I needed.

Not much at all. The staff was so nice, that trumped any small problems there were.

The hotel was the cleanest I have stayed in. The beds so comfortable and room smelled fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was pet friendly with a station outside with bags to and place to clean up after our pet.

Only had to go buy a bag of ice and the soap didn’t lather.

Right on the expressway so easy drive to work. I liked having a kitchen in my room so I could cook small meals before work.

The blankets on the bed were thin and not very comfortable.

How clean the place was, location to eating places and above all the excellent staff. The customer service is simply put 5 star. Thank you Mr. William Brown

Very clean and extremely professional and helpful staff. stayed for 7 nights. checked in late and had to extend stay for work during a holiday, the front desk staff were very accommodating. highly recommend this location.
