I liked the area that the hotel is located in. There were multiple restaurants near by.

I was surprised at how scared up the furniture is. The desk and table had lots of dings and nicks in them. Also, one of the lamps had just one of the three light bulbs that worked. The front desk did offer to replace the light bulbs, but I did not have them to do that because it wasn't that big of a deal. I did also notice that the lamp shades in the bathroom had dry rotted. The hotel was in a nice area/neighborhood and I was surprised at that. The furniture seemed older than what I would have expected it to be.

location, staff. Lena at the bar/ restaurant was amazing, she was one of the best parts of the stay. Loved her energy, you can tell she loves her job and cares about the travelers she serves.

the ice machine room!!!! Extremely inconvenient. we couldn’t get in on our floor (7th) with the key, called the front desk and it was a known issue we were never informed of and was told to try floor 6. my husband tried every floor until he finally found one that worked on floor 3. Ridiculous!! if you know it’s an issue, leave the door open so people can get in. are you afraid someone is going to steal the ice??

It was right across from the Comedy Club The Funny Bone which is what we were there for. It has a lot of dining and shopping options around which we enjoyed doing in our free time. Our check in and out process was quick and easy. They were able to give us a clean room at 2:30 pm, prior to the 4 pm check in which my boyfriend and I appreciated.

The front desk staff gave attitude about providing us with additional trash bags for the trash cans in our room.

Location and rooms were great! The restaurant was very nice! Great food!

They advertised having a pool and hot tub but are having “maintenance issues until September”. False advertising! it’s a known problem and it shouldn’t be listed as an amenity! This is something that determines which hotel I select! not happy about that at all!!!

Everything was working - refrigerator and coffee, shower head, toilet, blinds, TV, etc.

Whirlpool is being fixed. I really wanted to sit in warm water and get the joints working on my body. I'll be back there in June 2023. Please try and get it completed by then. The projected date is September 2023 but really? Who needs that long to fix a hot tub...

The person who checked us in (an hour early, yea) was super welcoming and made you feel right at home. I was very comfortable from that moment. The room and hotel were very nice. Location was excellent. Staff was amazing.

There were a quite few crumbs on desk when we got there. Had an issue with the key card so I would take both if I left the room. Overall, the staff and location made up for any slight inconvenience we may have had.

There was a very loud, barking dog in the room next to where we were given to sleep. We went down to the lobby and they immediately helped us by moving us 3 floors up! They were extremely professional and helpful!

We could have used more pillows. However, I am going to buy the one type of pillow, it was very comfortable!

The breakfast buffet was well-stocked and offered a great variety of foods.

Our heating unit didn’t work and maintenance had to work on it as we were trying to get ready for bed after 10 pm. It took about an hour but was fixed.

Location is very nice. Break fast was good but more options can be added in buffet like boiled eggs French toast. More options for vegetarian should be added

I liked everything about my stay everything was excellent its very beautiful location an the hotel was absolutely beautiful. Even my other half loved when we pulled to to the hotel he joked about me balling lol 😆 because of the way the hotel looks again very Beautiful

It's was just a little cold in are room even with me having are heat in the room up high as it could go
