The room was very clean and big! The shower was full sized which is nice and the water pressure was amazing! Definitely will stay again! It’s right outside of the hustle and bustle of the city and is in a quiet location

The bed was super hard and the pillows weren’t amazing. The staff was also never at the front desk, we called the front desk and ended up having to go down there bc they didn’t answer. Additionally, we had a long wait while trying to check out

The main lobby and breakfast area were very nice looking. The location of the facility was in a somewhat industrial area, hidden from the highway. The air conditioner in the room was quiet and very efficient - a nice change from many other hotels with window units.

The bathroom was in poor condition. Trim around the tub was very messy. The door couldn't be shut because a new vanity had been installed which stuck out too far to let the door pass without pounding on it very hard. Very poor quality control.

I arrived to check-in and was greeted by two great ladies, one the manager. As I was checking in I asked about the pool, it was my daughter's birthday weekend and she wanted to swim most! The manager informed me that their pool was closed. However she didn't want to see my daughter sad so she called another Hampton Inn location close by. She verified that their pool was opened and they had rooms available. She canceled my reservation without issue. She went above and beyond. Very grateful for her consideration.

Very impressed by the continental breakfast in the morning which included pre made cheese omelets, meat, potatoes, make your own waffles. Our room was spacious and clean.

Elevator was dirty, receptionist wasn't at the desk, swimming pool was cold, we forgot our pack n play and the hotel didn't have any (our fault for not bringing ours though)

The staff were pleasant, the room was clean and had all the amenities one could want with no shortages. The breakfast was much more than I expected and the hostess was friendly and efficient. I traveled with three great grandchildren and even they didn't complain about anything.

cigarette butt receptacles completely full. Mentioned to staff and my concern didn’t matter. I actually mentioned it 2 separate days to two different people. Third day still not emptied. I don’t like to discard butts on the ground.

Front desk and janitor were very friendly and accommodating.

In our bathroom housekeeping missed a used wash cloth hanging on the curtain rod from the previous guest. Also would have liked a cigarette butt container in the rear of the hotel. Breakfast was definitely lacking. As the only food option was boiled eggs and bagels. Only drink option was apple juice.

The front desk service was friendly and the run was very clean. No coffee in the front area at 10 am. Breakfast was great though.

No microwave in the public area.

The bed wasn't very comfortable. The service road leading to the the facility needs a street name sign and one that says Hampton Inn This Way or something. Also the service road needs to be well lit. It's extremely dark and not very safe.

The location was poorly marked. Even after we received directions from hotel personnel, it was still difficult to locate.
