Check-in was smooth & quick. Like they literally had everything ready to go, all I had to do was swipe my card! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great and not too far from whatever you choose to do. The beds were clean and comfy. Perfect if you don’t plan to spend much time in the room. The price is unbeatable! The breakfast wasn’t too bad, despite what they call eggs (nasty)lol. They kept everything replenished and clean though.

The carpeting in the guest rooms need some attention. It seems well over do for a cleaning. I have a slight case of ocd so my expectations of clean aren't average. The cleanliness did exceed expectations though, considering the price and the fact that it’s a 3 star hotel. We didn’t spend much time in the room which is why I didn’t mind. However, if super clean is your thing and you need to lounge around you may want to find cleaner. The beds were clean and comfy so you’ll get a good night’s sleep. TVs are small and dated, only has basic cable. This is nothing on the hotel but DON’T EAT THE MCDONALDS DOWN THE STREET FROM IT!!!

Breakfast was good. Had something for everyone in our family. Had to ask staff a couple times for stuff replaced but once they knew it was provided for example more eggs and the trash was full one morning. We also asked for another blanket and extra towels and they was provided promptly. The only thing was they had road construction in front of the hotel which made for late nights and early mornings due to the sound but not fault to the hotel. My kids favorite was the pool!

Walked in at Night friendly and busy staff but handling it well. We headed to our clean room, nice and spacious!!! Walked over the the Mexican restaurant to have dinner with the family,than went back & had some pool time, we had a great comfy night sleep that night. Than we woke up we all got ready and walked done for some breakfast. THANK you!!!

Breakfast - eggs and sausage wasn't warm at all so maybe it was just that day idk, but everything else was fine, amazing job on keeping up with all these people in the morning coming in and out for breakfast. It was greatly appreciated. Just what’s needed to get you back on the road and going!!

Staff were very friendly. Nice selection for breakfast. The room was clean and plenty of outlets. The bed was okay. I'm picky and it was a little hard for my liking. Right off the highway and away from all the traffic downtown. We were there to visit the African Wildlife Safari and this hotel is just a couple of minutes away. A couple of nice restaurants nearby and a gas station is right across the street.

I was excited to see it had a walk in shower instead of a bathtub; however, the floor of the shower was curved and I have problems with balance so I had had to be very careful.

Property was clean and staffs were really nice and welcoming.

1. No microwave in the rooms, at least you could put a microwave in the breakfast area. We had young kids who needed microwaved foods. 2. Room service had to be requested by a form every day which is pity much default in all hotels. Also only once in every three days they do the room service. Which was bizarre.

Breakfast was very nice... good food! Right next door to friwndship kitchen gas station made quick snacks easy! Location rt in middle of all the attractions.

We didnt know till arrival if we had a fridge! Which we were one of the rooms that did! but did not have a microwave. Did find one on main floor by ice machine so that worked out.

The bed was a dream to sleep on.

Room might not have been the cleanest, looked ok, but A used bottle of wine was left in the refrigerator. Only had 3 hand towels hanging and no bath mat, but didn’t use shower, so didn’t need. Really no complaints as all could be fixed and they got us into our room a little earlier after telling us they had been sold out the night before. Also wished it had a hot tub but pool was nice.

This establishment is awesome. Pool was great during our stay . Personnel are very friendly and helpful with any need you would have . Rooms are very clean and easily accessible. Very nice place to rest or even a weekend getaway from home . Location is great . Access to Catawba Island is right down the road. Highly recommend

The cleanliness was very nice. The staff was very helpful and courteous.

Some breakfast items were not kept stocked very well no matter what time you went. But staff was on the ball when they were informed that they were out of something (mainly hot food items, bacon & sausage)

I liked it proximity to everything else. And I liked how easy it was to find. I liked how clean it was in the pool was just what we needed after a long busy day.

The size of the rooms could’ve been a little bit bigger, perhaps a way to make change so that we could use the vending machines
