Location was great - just about 2 minutes from Cedar Point. We requested a late checkout the night before and they accommodated us with no problem. Room and hotel were clean. Pool area was very nice.

Beds could have been firmer - but that’s a personal preference. The in-room coffee maker was missing the filter to place the coffee pod into. We just ended up grabbing a coffee from the little grab and go store in the lobby. My only real suggestion would be that for the price, it would be nice to have a restaurant on site. Or, at the very least, offer a complimentary continental breakfast.

Hotel was very clean and rooms were well maintained. Looks like a very new place. We had actually booked at a different hotel at first for our stay, but after checking into a very dirty room we knew we needed to find another option. We were able to book a room very last minute with this hotel which totally saved our trip from disaster. Once we checked into this hotel we were so relieved by the clean state of the room we were able to start enjoying our vacation. The pool is a nice place to cool down and a great place for families to spend some time. Very conveniently located next to the park.

I experienced an issue with the payment for the room. I had paid the full balance through the booking website I used. When we arrived I was told I owed a balance. It took a little while to resolved and turned out to be an issue with the booking site not applying the full payment to the hotel’s system. But the staff were friendly and helpful through the process.

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed how close to all the main shopping centers and to the actual theme park. We stayed for 3 nights and we didnt go to the park till day 3, on day 2 we just went and hung around town, I was really pleased with how close we were to all of the shopping places, and it was such a simple drive to and from the hotel. The pool was such a nice and relaxing place to unwind, the pool was nice and warm for the kids on a breezy day and the seating area was a nice place for me and my wife to sit and enjoy some quiet time.

The only thing that I can say was an issue for my wife and I was that the bed sheet didnt seem like it was big enough to fit the bed and so the mattress pad and mattress itself kept being exposed. The mattress pad was falling apart and when we would try to put it back on it would rip more. The mattress itself TO ME was too firm and caused some sleeping issues, but that is purely a soft mattress preference on my part.

Clean, staff excellent. Quiet. Easy access from highway. Nice and plentiful towels. Salt water pool. Plenty of outdoor seating and pool seating.

I requested a first floor handicap room. We did get first floor, but it wasn’t a handicap room. Bathtub didn’t have any grab bars and tub sides were high, difficult to get in and out. Bed linens felt damp, like the room was humid.

They really should offer a breakfast, no coffee in the Lobby. They need to step up their game a bit.

It was nice and clean. The air conditioner was on and it was nice and cold in the room. The mini fridge had a little freezer so that was cool. The bathroom was nice and big. Oh and most importantly there was extra pillows.

The only issue is that the bed was uncomfortable. It was hard and just not very comfy. Both my fiancé and I woke up with sore backs

Very convenient to the amusement park, nice beds, staff was nice even under stress from the school kids.

Store I think closes too early. Kids were everywhere making a mess in the lobby. Poor staff had every trash filled and drinks and food all over the floors..the adults responsible for the school kids didn’t do any to control them. Staff told me they’ll be gone by morning.

The pool in the photos looked much better. It was not for adults at all, no pool or hot tub for adults. The pool that was there was way too warm. It was a very hot day, and the pool was not refreshing at all, and it had a lot of bugs. This is my ONLY complaint.

Everything was top notch. Other than the pillows which were not comfortable for me and i think they were all the same, no thickness option that i could discern. Place was clean, tidy, the girl at desk was awesome. Just what you would expect from a cedar point establishment. They always impress. Great stay. Will use again. That said, I did not expect it to be so nice for the price. Pleasantly surprised.

Pillows were not comfortable for me. I prefer thin fluffy and these were too thick and kind of stiff but i am probably not the norm however as a therapist for structural alignment. That is what we should be using. Most people have neck issues because they use too big of a pillow every night.

The front desk clerk was not friendly. She had no personality and when I asked where my my room was located after she gave me my keys, she said, ”I really have no idea. You’ll just have to go look for it”.????? Unacceptable behavior from a front desk clerk. She definitely needs to be re-trained in customer service.
