The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my son. We requested a top floor room and they had no problem giving us one. Upon arrival the desk clerk offered us free bottles of cold water which was nice. Breakfast was your standard continental... the coffee was really good. Always nice to have breakfast included in the price of the room. The staff were great, very accommodating. Room was a decent size for 3 people and the beds were comfortable.

I only had a couple things that were unfavorable. The first was the people staying in the room below us. Not sure if they lived there long term or what but practically every day there was a chair or a grill in what could have been our parking space. A few nights we had to park pretty far away from our room because of this. They would be outside smoking weed 24/7 too and after day 2 is was really bothering my little one. The other thing was that when they cleaned our room they didn't make the beds. Not a huge deal but I thought it was odd.

Staff was super friendly and everything was clean. The room AC worked great.The breakfast was great. The beds were comfy. Complimentary towels for the pool was nice and the pool is open late.

The shower head is very low. If you are over 5'6" it will not hit the top of your head. The room smelled a little musty. We arrived 2 hours prior to check in time and were told our room is ready but if we wanted to check in early there would be an additional $25 charge. I then asked if check out is at 11 and we leave 2 hours early would be get $25 back and were told no. If the room was ready, why an additional charge? It would be nice if from 10- 11pm the pool was for adults only. It would be nice to relax in the pool without young children jumping all around for just a little bit of time.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, offered us bottled water when we arrived and even some when we left. We had 2 rooms, they were very clean and everything we needed was provided, plenty of towels and soap and shampoo dispensers. The pool was great, we enjoyed the long opening hours and our kids got to burn some energy after a long drive. Breakfast was good, they had pancakes, hard boiled eggs, yogurts, bagels, cereal, different pastries, coffee, and juice. You can even sit outside on a patio, which was really nice. All in all a very positive experience, they seem to try very hard and even put effort in nice landscaping and flowers everywhere.

The AC unit was kind of loud, and we couldn't figure out how to turn it on a lower setting.

Loved the location, it was roughly 8 mins away from cedar point (11-15mins or more if traffic to park is busy tho) close to restaurants, stores, even a little mall about 7mins away. There is a Quaker Steak and Lube within walking distance for dinner, with views of the water channel. There was an outdoor pool and hot tub that me, my husband, my Mom and the kids could all enjoy after a long day at Cedar Point. Pool was open from 9a-11p which was super nice as most pools close around 9/10pm. The hotel was nice and clean. Staff was all so nice and friendly. Check in was easy. Rooms were spacious enough and clean. Will definitely be back!

The air conditioning unit in our room was outdated and only could go to low cool or high cool and we couldnt set it to a certain temp, so the room didnt get very cool which sort of sucked (my mom and godsons room had a more upgraded one you could set the temp to and their room stayed nice and cold) so its luck of the draw with that. Cant say if all the rooms had older or newer ones. Breakfast was included from 7a-930a but was just cereal, pancakes and grab n go foods (donuts cinnamon rolls, bagels)yogurt and some fruit options. No real protein options.

location is AMAZING- literally 5 minutes from Cedar Point. We stayed inside the main building- it was quiet and very clean, well maintained. Every staff member we came in to contact with was friendly and attentive. Pool and hot tub area were great, plenty of patio tables to enjoy, pretty garden area as well. complimentary water bottles whenever you would like, pool towels provided… We will stay again here when we return, highly recommend.

Breakfast was limited, but certainly not a reason to not stay here- muffins, yogurts, a pancake machine, good coffee, it was fine for us.

The staff was great. The pool and hot tub was fun. Room was clean. Beds comfortable enough. Parking was available close to the room. Very close to Cedar Point which is why we were there. Close to restaurants and shopping if needed. A bit retro which added to the charm for us.

The bathroom was very small and the bathroom fan very loud. The included breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels at the same price point. Lots of bikers and VERY loud motorcycles on the premises. I didn't mind as I am an early riser, but the rest of my group didn't care for it. The bikes were loud when we were by the pool too and it made having a conversation difficult until they pulled away. I think it was a special "bike week" so that is probably why there were so many.

Everything was very clean, staff was accommodating, and 24/7 concierge was a lifesaver. They also had toothbrushes on hand when I forgot mine. :) The included breakfast made a huge difference for me! Made it so I could zip to wherever I needed to go without having to worry about where to eat. The location is less than 2 miles from Cedar Point, too! I loved it here and will stay again on my next visit to Sandusky. The only thing that would send this hotel over the top would be adding hot scrambled eggs and hot sausage to the breakfast.

Was a very nice place, little outdated however everything else made up for that! Nice clean rooms, with easy access and exceptional parking. Ice machine, vending, and laundry unit available. Staff was the friendliest people I've been around in a hotel for a long time. Breakfast was very nice, great choices, and staff for breakfast - she was amazing, very nice, and offered great conversation, very nice to my daughters- wishing them luck for cheer competition and also asking them later how the competition went! Overall very pleased with our stay and will definitely stay there again and most certainly recommend for others!

Honestly I have nothing to say here.

Our family had a perfect time here. The breakfast wasn't extravagant, but enough to fuel us for a day at cedar point and the kids were happy. They loved the pool with the slides!! Staff was very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

Room temperature was a challenge. The ac units worked well, but I had to be the one to sleep closest to it and it got too cold because it was too close to the bed. If I turned it down, the whole room would get too hot very quick. That's the only complaint I have.

The location was fantastic to go to cedar point. The staff was wonderful and very helpful! I had to add an extra night and they gave me no problems whatsoever made it super easy transaction! The pool the kids absolutely loved. With the slides and how it goes from shallow to deep including the hot tub. I didn't even know they offered breakfast until we checked in, which is an extra amazing bonus. Definitely great for the price and the location would totally do it again
