The room was very clean and, although it wasn’t fancy, it was perfectly comfortable for an overnight stay.

There was a lot of commotion in the parking lot all evening—loud, thumping music and loud talking people hanging out. I felt very uncomfortable with all that was going on. But, I was afraid to call the front desk, as the people would know who complained (there were only a few people staying on the backside of the motel). I was afraid they would vandalize my car if I complained.

Close to Cedar Point, ferry, waterfront. Staff are very nice. Room is very clean and breakfast is very good for this type of hotel but they do run out of things if you sleep in and eat later. Yet, it is great to have breakfast included. Overall, another great stay!

Staff were very nice but not as friendly and personable as last visit two months ago. Except for one girl I recognized from my previous trip who was very personable, helpful and the friendliest. The breakfast area was quite busy and lots of people. I would recommend squeezing in another small table - three would fit and is better so more can sit.

The property was small and the walls are rather thin but for the value the stay was very nice. I was booking as a couple coming in from the nearby amusement park and they had a very late night desk clerk, if not a 24 hour worker. The woman working the office was quick to get us into our room and just as easily checked out in the morning.

There was leaking underneath our sink during our stay which resulted into a puddle of water leaking into the bathroom. We put one of the extra towels on the ground so we didn’t get our socks damp. On the shower, there was no inner lining, just an exterior cloth so the floor did need to be dried after washing up.

It had a nice breakfast selection, the room was very clean to the eye, the bed was extremely comfortable.

Our friends and us both ended up with black feet. The floor looked clean, but our socks or bare feet were very dirty! But I think it has something to do with the fact that you’re walking directly in off of a black asphalt parking lot. There’s really nothing to wipe your feet off on. But it makes me wonder if they are mopping in between people.

Great customer service - the staff in its entirety were very friendly and super helpful. The unit had some issues but was quickly resolved. Clean,, comfortable with a full compliment of breakfast options.

Great value for the price. Close to Cedar Point and the waterfront - 10 minute drive apprx to both.

Very clean updated rooms was comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Had a good sleep beds were a bit on the firm side but comfortable.

Heater was a bit noisy but it was warm enough i warmed up the room and shut it off. They have damage deposit and took a week to be placed back on my debit card not sure if they take cash?

At first, I wasn’t so sure by the outside appearance at night. I went in talked to the front person, she was friendly. Went to our room and was totally impressed. The decor was updating and the bathroom was nice. Beds were comfortable and super clean. Good job cleaning staff! I would definitely stay here again.

The appearance of the building outside looked like a basic motel at nigh. Much better in the morning.

Overall, it was just what we needed. Affordable, an easy 10 minute drive from Cedar Point, quiet, the staff was very welcoming and helpful, a nice hot shower and the room was adequate and clean.

Queen beds would have been better for us, 2 adults and 2 teenagers made it a little tight and one of the beds was quite uncomfortable(Room 130, the bed by the bathroom), it's mattress really needs replaced, it bows in the middle and the bed squeaks when you move. The breakfast area is small but had something for everyone. Some fresh fruit would be a nice addition, and or some reason the waffles didn't cook on the inside. 3 tries and the same result.

Air conditioner.faulty.was not able to change rooms ...was told needed to pay more cuz of changed dates..charged my card on file..like complaining that I got too less of a rate..charged my card then had to credit it except for a $48 extra rate..was nice about it but should not had happened

The room was nice and big. Bed was comfy! Nice variety of breakfast. And staff was super nice and friendly. Clean.

Our ac unit made a noise the entire time… we did get used to it but was annoying for a bit. Also the shower walls had weird “shelf” things that I kept hitting with my arm when washing my hair and of course the shower head was pointed that way to prevent water from getting on the floor.
