Staff was very friendly and helpful.Carla, the GM was exceptional. The breakfast was very good. Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location off the Interstate. Check-in and check out went smoothly.

Hard time getting into parking lot because of too much snow. But Carla took care of that immediately. Tough to fight Mother Nature.

Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly, felt at home.

Television wouldn't work - think it was the remote batteries. I didn't report it due to not being in room enough to use the TV anyway. Received the wrong room receipt on departure, didn't notice until arriving home. Minor issues to me this visit.

Walking in other rooms and halls made a lot of noise. The gym wasn't operational.no USB ports in the room to charge the phone.bad wifi connection .

The comfort it provided like the clean comfortable bed.

We booked a room over the phone we were told 155.00 as I started that I was a veteran., but was charged 183.00. We had called this Holiday Inn and talked to a Jeff a manger there but haven’t got a response yet. Although I liked my stay here I’m not pleased to be charged more then what I was told.

Spacious room, good breakfast, good location.

Bathroom had a very slight musty smell, could have been something as little as a shower curtain not drying out. Had to ask for toilet paper, light was out in the bathroom, and AC display wasn’t showing the controls.

I loved the front desk personnel. They were very welcoming and always open to conversation about your stay and what you were in town for. Very friendly!

The juice machine happened to break while I was there, but those things happen. They made up for it by having juice bottles available!

The included breakfast was a nice addition. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The room was well kept and clean.

Don't know who was at fault, but there seemed to be a disconnect between Holiday Inn Express and Booking.com as to whether I had a booked reservation for the night we requested, but when we arrived, we did have a room. There is an unexplained $25 pending charge on my credit card over and above what was quoted for the room (149,99 + 24.37 tax).

Breakfast was AMAZING!! Room was spacious and clean. Towels weren't too rough which is really appreciated! Easy location to get to Rt 72 toward Cedarville and close to many eateries.

The conditioner bottle didn't work, not sure if it was empty or the spout was broken Staff smoking right outside the front doors is annoying.

Friendly staff, clean, and definitely a good location just off the highway and near plenty of places to eat.

They didn't have the large water-bottled fountain available. Apparently their supplier hadn't delivered any. It would be great if they supplied complimentary water bottles to guests. Even cheap walmart filtered water bottles are great. Did not want to spend $2.25 for Desani!
