I loved how cleaned it smelled when we walked inside. The lobby is beautiful with modern furniture & a great breakfast. I paid for my dog to be there. No one looked at me funny or asked me questions because I had him. The pool was a little cold but very clean & wonderful. My fiance & I both used to work at a motel so we lifted the mattress in our room to check for bed bugs & the mattress was so clean & brand new we were impressed. Very comfortable. The only thing that happened was the fire alarm went off during the middle of the night which was something in the kitchen area but it the fire alarm went off for a long time it seemed like before we found out what was going on which was a little scary. Overall it was a nice stay. Thank you for working so hard to keep it clean.

I was there for the Air Force Marathon. The location was great since it was close to their expo and the entrance to base. There's a grocery store and restaurants nearby as well. I didn't have to drive far after using my legs.

I wish breakfast was a bit longer and had scrambled eggs. However, I can't complain about free breakfast.

The room was clean & the breakfast was good.

The bathroom door was warped so wouldn't close. There were no hooks in bathroom to hang anything. There was no clock so I set microwave clock. The toilet seat was loose. Minor things I know but when you are paying that price I was a little disappointed. I wanted to tell staff about the door but there was no one at the desk when I left.

My grandma liked that the place is pet friendly and she didn’t have to use stairs. This was a much better option than the Red Roof Inn just down the street. Clean and with all amenities needed for a good stay.

Staff was nice and animal friendly.

Faulty smoke detectors. Had to change rooms in the middle of the night after being woke up by the alarm beeping at 3am.

They recovered and held our dog's quilt until we could return. Thank you so much!

I had called to request a 1st floor room. I am handicapped and it would have helped in taking our dog out to walk. Although, I was assured of it over the phone when we arrived I was informed that 1st floor rooms are always occupied by long-term guests. Also not sure why beds need to be so tall. Climbing in can be challenging.

95% was pure over all excellence! Breakfast was amazing and bed beyond comfortable. It was located perfectly nestled in green and all was near on walking distance yet still quiet and "privately" located behind University buildings.

The bathroom had hairs on the floor and the mirrors and splashes on them (not cleaned for a while). There was soap/shampoo running on the front side of the sink insert. Shower had red bacteria accumulation in every corner and the shower mixer was backwards. LOL! It was a cold wake up!

The location was excellent, as it was on the less congested side of a major shopping area and mall center. There was quck access to restaurants and shops, as well as to the interstate. The accommodations were also pleasant, and there were plenty of places to charge devices...which is a refreshing change of pace for many hotels!

bathroom looked worn and old. Exhaust fan was hanging on one side & hole in ceiling was exposed & creepy! Also was in room that had door to another guest room. That occupant was loud & slept w tv volume full blast so I had difficulty sleeping!

Staff was awesome, very accommodating. Some minor repairs are needed but nothing major. You can hear people in the hallway but hey it’s a hotel. Safe area, good location, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again!
