Modern decor in the Lobby, and clean. The room was crisp & clean and THE PERFECT TEMPERATURE when I walked in! the bed was very comfy. It was quiet. The staff - EVERY person - made eye contact, smiled, and greeted me. That was “a first” for me, and a really nice touch! The keys worked. Chrck-in and Check-out was a breeze!

Only one thing. The little “holding tank” in the mini-coffee pot wasn’t clean. It looked like someone had heated up something other than water, like a fruit drink. There was a pink residue. Other than that, the place and my stay was PERFECT and an exceptional Value!

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff barely spoke on check-in, we checked in later but she just was not welcoming. The staff at breakfast however was very friendly, as were the two gentlemen at the front desk in the morning hours. The room was sufficient, and everything was clean. I would stay here again. The price was also reasonable.

The outside of building looks alittle outdated, it is deceiving those who may want to stay because the rooms are nice but the outer hotel makes one think it won't be nice or clean. Could use some modernization!

For as close to I-75 as it is, the room is very quiet. Though most nearby fast food places close a bit early, the Meijer across the street is open until midnight. The rooms are spacious, clean and the furnishings are in very good condition. The individual heat pump and mini-fridge are also very quiet when their compressors turn on, so they didn’t wake me like many similar units did in other hotels. The staff at the front desk and breakfast area were friendly and attentive.

The carpet in some common areas look a bit worn. The temperature set by the central system was a little warm for me (76F) but others may like it.

The breakfast was not very good. Selection didn't seem fresh (fruit) and limited supply. The employees (a man and a woman were looking at my family like "hurry up and go". It was still during the breakfast hours. Not welcoming. I was charged twice for the stay of one of the nights, but the credit card company corrected the error on their part for that.

The room was very nice and there was a lot of space which is very convenient. The staff was respectful, the food was great! Checking in and out was super easy! The hotel was nearby many great restaurants and stores. The bed was very very comfortable as well!

There was a little bit of noise in the hallways from children running, which I know is out of peoples control and the air conditioning in our room was a little weak it seemed like but other than that everything went well!

Great location, the king suite was huge (upgraded for $11 for the night well worth it)and clean, and the staff was courteous. The breakfast was fresh with eggs, sausage, cereal, and more. It was very well maintained. There's a Meijer close by as well as the typical chain restaurants around shopping centers. We would stay again.

The bed was very bouncy and worn.

Room Looked Amazing! Staff was Super Friendly! Breakfast availability was great, lots of options to choose from. Pool area was nice and well kept, staff was exceptionally helpful when needing to get towels. Very accommodating to all of our needs for our stay!

Honestly cant think of any negatives that the hotel needs to improve on, if i'm nit picking anything is that there was an empty beer box with dirty used tin foil next to the ice machine, but its not like there was any odor coming from it. Very clean hotel overall.

There was NO BREAKFAST ! IF your going to say breakfast, at least have eggs,bacon,sausages,potatos,hard boiled eggs,bagels with cream cheese,pastries,cereals for the kiddies ,no orange juice or apple juice..Nothing in the kitchen was inviting to those of us who came down for breakfast..very disappointed.

Clean, room was nice, comfortable bed, good breakfast, nice pool

Upon check in, staff didn’t tell us what time breakfast was our check out time. She didn’t tell us anything, not even direct us to our room. We went to get in the pool about 8:45 in the morning and it hadn’t been unlocked yet. It was also messy when we went in. Dirty towels on the floor and only a couple clean towels on the shelf.

Our reserved suite wasn't ready when we arrived, due to staffing and many checkouts. We were placed in a standard double queen room until our suite was ready.. I was very pleased with how the staff dealt with the situation The pool area was great and perfectly warm and breakfast was amazing!

My only dislike was that our reserved room wasn't prioritized ahead of our arrival, but the staff did tend to the issue immediately and got us into our suite within 2 hrs of arrival
