Beautiful!!! Well kept property! Room was upscale and very comfortable. Bathroom was gorgeous! Low barrier shower with glass panel! No shower curtain needed. Toiletries, medium size bottles, available on the shower wall. VERY quiet! AC had a wall mount thermostat. Very easy to adjust and maintain a comfortable temperature. Bed was very comfortable with side tables, individually controlled lights, and charging stations on each side. Location was perfect for our planned activities which included taking in a Mud Hens game and sightseeing historical attractions.

Hotel was full so Check-in at 3:30 was slow. Additionally, there was a problem with their key card system. When our key cards didn't work at the first room they moved us to a different room and a staff member assisted, met my husband at the elevator when he was on his way back to front desk, us to relocate to another room. Key card was finally available and working when we returned around 10p.m. from an outing. The problem with the key cards made us feel a little insecure but all was well! Staff was fantastic thru the whole key card thing. They went above and beyond in a difficult situation.

The room was nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. We were warned by a note put under the door early in the morning that there was to be a test of the sprinkler system. I thought that was considerate. Upon leaving the hotel as we checked out the staff person was very friendly.

When I entered the hotel to register there was no one at the desk. I waited a few seconds and no one appeared. I had to call out and finally a staff member appeared. This person did not smile or greet me in a friendly manner.

Courtyard’s are my favorite hotel. The lobby was beautiful, and had a Starbucks inside. Our room was spacious and the shower!!!!!! The shower was huge!

There were a few repairs needed in our room. Nothing that hindered our stay. The toilet paper holder looked like it had been ripped off the wall and them sloppily put back on and there were stains on the chair in the room.

I stay here every time I travel to Toledo, rooms are always comfortable and clean as could be. Beds & pillows are very comfy. Staff has always been overly friendly. Plus the bar is just too convenient.

Bathroom door had a huge gap at top where it didn't meet the frame which took away privacy. Also the door to microwave cabinet was broken (bottom hinge wasn't attached). Lastly, there were no trash bags in the trash cans. These things just cheapened the feel of the room. Staff was not friendly when we checked in and made us feel like an inconvenience. No special requests or anything from our end so we just felt like he didn't want to be there.

The room was clean and the staff were so accommodating. The room was also big, we didn't feel cramped or anything. The whole experience was just perfect, we drove 10hrs to stay a week so a good hotel helped make our vacation perfect

We had to switch rooms because someone kept calling the front desk about stomping. We have two young kids, so them running around is normal.

I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and the amenities that were offered.

I did not like the pricing although it was decent. Some of the front desk staff were a bit rude. Maybe in need of a career change

The bed was comfortable. Loved the shower set up. Comfortable love seat with mobile table was nice. Refrigerator and microwave came in handy.

Found a small plastic wrapper on the floor so I wondered if the floor got vacuumed. The bathroom wall had a hole in it where it appeared a previous toilet paper holder had been. Not a big deal. Didn’t ruin our stay.

New and nifty. Great room design (furnishing, fixtures, lighting, layout, details). Room size is very generous. Common areas are wonderful. Great terrace in back with gas fireplace and comfy lounge furniture, plus tables and chairs. Starbucks in the lobby. Tons of great features and details for business travelers, meetings, groups.

Wished that the heat/aircon unit was even quieter than it is. But that's probably just me. Also, because of the recent impact of COVID, they were relatively understaffed. But that's the same for pretty much everyplace in hospitality, tourism, restaurant or bar business.

had a few problems with a couple rooms no water pressure in one and stains on the sheets in another but staff was really nice and accommodating and switched our rooms and gave us free breakfast.
